oo on time naman nakarating ung PC namin eh..ang kaso lang walang feedback after submission ng PC na yan kaya inde ko tuloy alam kung nawala ba..nakita ba nila nung nidrop box ng hubby ko or what hehehe...pwede ko naman siguro sabihin na natanggap nila yun bago man ng expire diba..hayy..labo talaga ...why is it taking so long..d tuloy ako makasleep...1am na dito

We all know E-CAS is very unreliable. But an E-CAS update is the only thing
we can hope for and look forward to.

There were applicants who never had "In-Process" on their accounts.
Yet got their visas right away.

mahirap nga eh kasi di sila bumibigay ng feedback kung natangap nila ang documents na nilagay sa drop box. Nilagay ko sa drop box yong document ko noong Friday. Tinawagan ako ng embassy na di daw ako nag submit ng AOM. Sabi ko dinala ko kahapon at dinrop box ko Friday.

oh my gosh, ijust got call from the embassy, they are scheduling me for interview on oct 12.i have no mopre time to get copy of caips :'(

i know how you feel.. ganyan din ako nung na schedule ako ng interview.. i was so worried.. stressed out .. kung ano ano pumapasok sa isip ko na baka di ma approve o nau man.. lahat ng questions post ko dito sa forum para masigurado lang na magiging ok ang lahat.. big help ang forum na toh.. and naka tulong din na nasa pinas ang asawa ko sa time ng interview he even postpone his flight para samahan ako

hi guys please help me, im scheduled for interview, and i got letter from embassy they are asking me to provide more proofs that my common law partner is already separated from his ex spouse and proof of costudy of the child, were under common law and no divorce here in philippines, i submitted before a signed separattion agreement both signed by him and his ex, now my ex kids is below 7 yrs old so automatic in the law that they will be with there mother, i dont understand why they want proofs like this, what we can provide is a file case in the court that my partner tried to get the costudy of kids but at the end my partner remove the case and just settle an oral agreement wth his ex that his ex will get the custody and he will support them, also we have anulment case file made by lawyer but it wasnt filed on the court cos the lawyer change his fees in the end it ws too expensive, will these documents help?? please i need you advice

i think the problem why the called you for an interview because for the fact that your sponsor and ex wife is not yet legally separated!!

and costudy proof ng kids nya whch is nsa ex ng partner ko since they are below 7 yrs old

Good day to everyone here.....just wanna ask especially those having kids come to Canada...about the Immunization form (hope you know what I mean)...is it necessary to fill it up all?... meron naman lahat anak ko pero hindi sya kumpleto I mean meron dun PRIMARY at BOOSTER di ba...1st to 5th..hgang 3rd lang record ng vaccinations nya ok lang kaya yun? thanks po sa magre-respond. hindi po proof of custody ang birth certificate. Ang best proof po dyan ay school certification of present enrollment showing same community with mother, at certification ng barangay na same community/residence sila. you may need the DFA to authenticate the documents.

Nope! as far as I know proof of custody is the document telling that the parent has fully rights for their children in any aspect...from their health to finances needs...you can also secure and obtain proof of custody certificate from DSWD...

oo nga sis medyo windang kami ni hubby kasi on the spot kailangan nya makahanap bukas pag gising nya ng ticket ko.kasi mag week end na di ba para nga kami nasa roller coster ngayon. wala naman sya macontact agency ngayon kasi nga gabi na dun. ako naman nag inquire dito sa tin pang back up ba.huhuhu! pero anu pang magagawa namin kun di (mangholdap ng bangko..hehe!
