thanks...same as my view but then i was thinking like in some cases that marriage only occurs once by this time.

The Canadian Embassy also wants to make sure that you are not married to another person when you file a spousal sponsorship because if that marriage was not annulled in the case of a Filipino citizen sponsored/sponsor then you are not a member of the Family class and you will be refused . The Advisory on Marriages will show how many times you`re married and the names of the person. So aside from being refused ma criminal charge ka pa ng bigamy.

good observation cez, that`s why it pays to request multiple copies just in case mawala or the embassy will make a request again, saves us time. and also NBI it should be submitted within three months pagka receive sa Mississauga. so the embassy had to request it again.

whatever was in the document checklist for the region specific form, linagay ko na lahat sa application namin para walang delay.. kulang na lang eh passport pero my husband will just send that in to the embassy when they request for it.. gusto ko nga eh ilagay na rin sana passport ng hubby ko kasabay ng application namin para hindi na sila magsend ng sulat requesting to submit his passport.. heheheheh ;D ;D
i still have a long wait though.. hayyy.. kakatransfer lang nila application ko sa manila 2 weeks ago.. ::)

yah my husband send his cenomar but ang hinihingi is aom so sbi ng fren same daw yun so may be embassy checking my husband status ala nangayri iba kasal cguro ganon

don`t worry the Manila embassy is known to be one of the fastest in processing spousal sponsorship and has one of the lowest refusal rate. since kompleto ang pinadala mo na requirements, proof of relationship, paid the correct fees, and yours is a very straightforward case you`ll get your visa very soon and maybe in a recordbreaking time pa.

permanent elementary and high school records or tawag nila Form 137 kinukuha sa school registrar ng school of your husband

yep, every requirement in the checklist pinadala ko maliban lang sa passport. i can't think of anything that would delay our application. no late birth registry or anything, nbi, birth/marriage certificates submitted, aom, child info.. sana nga mabilis pagprocess nila.. namimiss ko na husband ko :(

hi JGS!

kasi dun sa letter ko they requested passport and some documents one of them is AOM.

if you are married AOM ang kailangan you..

kasi if you are married at ang binigay you is CENOMAR which stands for CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRAIGE eh di para mong sinabing hindi ka pa nga kasal diba?

anyway.. hope this helps..

dami nacoconfuse dito...

God Bless us all!

Hi Hentaznel,

May Cenomar na kami before our wedding kaya lang wrong spelling name father inlaw ko. Baka magkaproblem so we decided na papalitan CENOMAR namin after the wedding na, nagkataon nun kumuha kami CENOMAR ulit sa NSO hindi pa nakapasok marriage cert. namin galing sa judge. So,it means hindi pa valid marriage namin nun...

Kaloka!!!

hi i have already the report of marriage from vancouver with notary which the consule told me just notarized then submit with aom sa embassy

Hi ELLA

The processing time is shorter when the copy requested is for a document that is already "converted", that is, the document is already in the Civil Registration System (CRS) database.
Since you just registered your marriage contract at the Philippine Embassy- Vancouver, British Columbia then it`s still unconverted therefore your husband`s option is to go to NCSO and enquire about "Advance Endorsement" . For questions and clarifications you can actually email: l.hufana @ census.gov.ph

your husband will fill up a form for the Advisory of Marriage request:

Complete name of the person
Complete name of the father
Complete maiden name of the mother
Date of birth
Place of birth
Complete name and address of the requesting party
Number or copies needed
Purpose for the certification
what is NCSO
