pwedeng walk-in...just bring your passport with VISA...pwede ka sa TAFT or Katipunan sa Good shepered...

Hi canadafan...do the right thing...dont wait the CEM advise for medical ..I suggest to include the copy 2 of the medical together the addt'l docs and passport of your son. BTW, how old is he? if he's a minor urine test lang ang need nya.

He's turning 9 years old this October. Correct me if Im wrong ha, but, Is it the Medical Exam form saying "Appendix C" that they need to present to the Designated Medical Practioner? On top of the form says "Fill out this form and take it with you to your medical appointment". I found it on the Medical Instructions section in IMM 3999.

oo nga sis! same question din ako....kasi ako wala na updates eh...mag-2 months na passport ko sa CEM ni in process wala...nawala lang adress ko ng July 1 then bumalik ng July 22...yun lang at paulit-ulit na sinasabing Medical result received....
