My husband has almost the same situation as yours...here is my timeline

March 2010--I submitted application for sponsorship
June 1 2010-approved as sponsor
June 9 2010-Manila embassy received the application
March 2011-expiration of medical; so I decided to ask my husband to redo his medical at st luke without request from embassy
April 12, 2011-INTERVIEW (approved!!!)-note: during the interview, my husband submitted his updated NBI cert and medical cert. The VO said, "ohh...you made my work easier!"--while smiling).

UNTIL NOW WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE VISA...Its been 3 months since the interview. I already called our MP here awhile ago, she said, she will follow-up it, because, usually it takes 2-3 months to issue the visa after the interview, and obviously, its pass overdue now...lol...
Please note that after you undergone medical, It takes about 1 month before the embassy will receive it.

But again, everything here is case to case basis. Its up to you then, if you/your husband want/(s) to redo medical.

Im still patiently waiting.....

hi po,worried ako nung nabasa ko timeline mo!i just done my interview last june23...expired dn medical ko kya wait ko lg request from cem...but i recieved message from mr. postman a while ago,kakatanggap lg dw nla ng letter(redo request) ko from cem..kinakabahan ako sana wag nman po tumagal ng tatlong bwan bago nla eh issue visa...sana po matanggap muna visa mo..mdyo mtagal nadn pgaantay mo...godbless

As I said, its a case-to case basis. You can hardly predict what will be your timeline. There are some that after 2 weeks from their interview, they already received their visa. But about medical, you should do it as soon as possible. Yeah...im still hopeful that soon my husband will be with us(me and our children) here...Dont worry....just keep on praying

Just to clarify, ako po ang sponsor. And finally, I will be soon reunited with my husband.

here is my timeline for those who wants to know, actually, KJNEO and I has exactly the same timeline:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 19, 2011.

We started processing your application on June 14, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. - as of June 10

For those who are still waiting,good luck and don't loose hope, sooner or later you will have your VISA.
Prayers, prayers and prayers lang talaga!

Now, we are just waiting for the VISA, averagely ba, how long does it take? He's just in QC.

But could be that there are more applicants in Calgary, Edmonton and Ontario. And another thing, not all applicants are in this forum. So the odds of "looking like it has more" goes to places which has more applicants in this forum But that is just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Hopefully sana mag bigay na sila DMs Bakit di na lang pag may doubts sila interview na agad para walang ganto katagal na antayan. O Lord help me help us pretty please..

Yeap, very hard to predict them. Like even if no doubts, some would take longer than the others. Like everything is unpredictable. Some get post mails, some just emails and some are called. I wish they have this exact procedure so that we will know what to expect. And wish they will send both post mail and email, as a back up whenever one is not received. Worst, we cannot inquire or else it will be another long wait. But then, I understand them or else the embassy would be flooded with calls and inquiries.

Hopefully, we will get our Visas soon Good luck especially to the those who have already been waiting for a long period.

And enjoy the waiting and keep busy.
