Hello guys!

Did you include your middle name in the application as part of your given name? And also, there is a form that we need to write our name as the same as in the passport, so do we include our middle name, right? And even the names of our parents and siblings?

i know! abot abot na pasensya ginawa ko sa pagaantay! hehe.. ;D di mo maiwasan talaga mastress nyan. so mastress ka talaga hanggang sa makarating na sayo ang visa! kasama na sa normal processing yun. hehe ;D pag nasayo na visa marerealize mo lahat ng hirap mo..mangingiti ka na lang! sabay sabing "hay salamat Lord" ;D

magpapa-NBI pa lang ako ang magpapamedical.. :) we were told na pwede ko gamitin ang lastname sa application, hindi naman kailangan na lastname na ng husband ko pero gusto ko sna hintayin muna yung passport ko na lastname na hi hubby ang dala ko.

anyone here na yung lastname nila ang ginamit sa application at hindi yung sa husband nila?:)

me maiden name gamit ko :)
then dito na ko sa canada nag pachange surname :) except sa pr card/passport mahal magparenew eh haha!

I dont yet have my visa but my husband already paid the landing fee and if you have not paid it upon the submission of your application you will be instructed to pay the due before they release your visa...a letter from them will be sent to you to comply the payments :D

ako po maiden name ko gamit ko sa application... hindi muna ako nagpa change name sa passport ko kasi Dec 2012 pa expiration nito...

Hi sideangel85...thanks po sa info...halos magkasabayan lang pala tayo received ng PPR..May 25 ako naka-received request....what other docs did they asked from you? nakapag-submit ka na ba? ako tomm ko padala sa kanila addt'l docs. God bless po!

hi andeng... goodluck sa atin, ako din soon mgpapass na, tapos na ko pamedical, san mo plan pamedical? ako sa SCTS, ok nman dat day mkkuha mo na yung form na need ipadala together with application then they will instruct u to call them after 10-14 days to know when nila sinubmit result sa CEM... di pa kame makapagpass ng application kse wla p yung sa income tax i think yun yung option C na sinasabi nila... pero sabi ng husband ko soon mkkuha na nya... dapat nga nung May pa kame ngpass, nadelay n ng nadelay kse kulang pa kmi sa requirements.. ;) sana soon mcomplete na namin... :)
