bali nag email si MANILIMMIGRATION sa akin with attached request letter .. which is police certficate ..tapos may mga instuction din on how t submit the documents to CEM.. yun nb yung letter of request na sinasabi nila? o need ko tlga mag reply sa email nila and mag request ng letter for police certf requirements??

nakalagay sa letter ko ay ganito:
Dear Shelem

this refers to you application for permanent residence in canada.
subsection 16(1) of the immigration an refugee protection act establishes that aperson who makes an application must answer truthfully......blah blah blah

in order to continuue processing your applciation, we require the following information and/or document:
>original police certficate from overseas:JAPAN

these documentation are reasonably required to complete the assessment of your applciation

Then email them po.

"...e-mail us at MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca with the subject line “Request Letter Required for <specify country> Police Certificate” in order to obtain the additional letter required for the police clearance."

I am December applicant also, recently they asked my additional document last March 16 ( advisory of marriage)
AOR- generic Po un Na notification that they've received your application.
Starting processing Po yun Sakin January 23, Yung sayo Po ano exact date?

I think CIC would have to fill it out. That could be it, could be not. But I'm sure it's not the email you received. That email is for you alone.
