Hello mates,

I have a question regarding who will submit the application, here the situation currently im working in qatar and my wife is in canada my wife is my sponsor. so we have different forms and attachment would it be possible if she will be the one to submit or the applicant should really send the application package.

you have to send all forms and attachment to your wife, and she'll be the one who will send it to immigration here in Canada with all the requirements/forms that she needs to send too..

Isa pa tanong mga mates, Year 2011-12 nag apply ako ng work permit kaso na denied ang application ko. do i need to declare it na meron ako refusal letter. meron bag form sa sponsored forms na nag tatanong kung meron ka application before and na denied?
Ano po gagawin ko?

Try to check imm5669 #6 d, question refused application. In my case I had TRV refusal so I also included refused letter.

Thank you.. i already printed the refusal letter however do we need to explain in a separate sheet for the reasons of refusal? it work permit application same with the temporary resident visa (TRV)?

What happened to your application? is it a thing to worry?

It's better to mention that ,work or study permit same marked as visas.
I just give detailed in the box coz in that refused letter already show reasons for refusal.
We didn't submit our application yet, but I remember VIPs here said previous refusal will not affect sponsorship application provided you mention about it.

Nakita ko naka pencil lang yun UCI number sa luma ko application pero not refusal letter yun nakasulat instead: incomplete package. Ni hindi nga ako nakareceive email aor noon. Ano po ba itsura nang refusal letter?

ung sa akin, back to back na 1page xa. standard letter nila un. then nka check lng ung reason ng refusal.wla kc aq scan copy ,hehe
pero if tlaga wala ka narecieved formal refused letter hindi rn un maconsider refusal.

Ay ganun po ba ate, kasi eto naka exact word sa akin nun FSWP 2014:

As your application does not meet the requirements of R10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you for this reason.

Eto pala nakaraan nmin ni CIC na nakamove na ako..

May 4,2014- App sent
May 26,2014- Returned package

So hindi ako na refuse kasi, incomplete reason nya. Nais ko lang malaman kung yun ba word na REFUSAL ang nkasulat? Kasi wala ako nakita checkbox na binabanggit mo sa letter of explanation nila.
