Hey guys have another question, makulit kc ang asawa ko ;D sa appendix A kc ng AOR ko meron ako form na fifill outan dun mga basic info like, name, passport number, height, eye color etc. Nakalagay dun yung principal applicant at spouse/common law partner. Pati ba information ng spouse ko ilalagay ko? Eh sabi ng asawa ko sya daw ang sponsor hindi na kailangan ilagay info nya. But I just wanna make sure, kung ilalagay pa ba or hindi? Nakalagay kasi dun sa taas: Please complete the following information for YOU AND ALL YOuR DEPENDANTS WHETHER accompanying or not.
Any thoughts sa mga nakagawa nito? Super thanks!

Just write the name of your Spouse(Sponsor) wag mo ng isama ung Passport details kasi di naman sya magaccompany sa yo dahil nasa Canada sya, right? Hope that'll help.

Well, sabi kc ng husband ko mag apply ako ng spousal visa. Mas mabilis daw un. Actually, agency kc ang may hawak ng papers namin. Mercan canadal ang nagpa-processes ng papers nya. Ngyn, magpapasa p lng ako ng papers ko sa mercan dito sa pinas for spousal visa. Sabi nila 2-3months ang processing time.

kaso dito na lang na why mercan ang gamit mo? ung friend ko mercan gamit nya sa canada kaso naka strike 2 n sila na may mali sila ginawa and meron sila hindi nasabi kaya tumagal process ng friend ko (anyway INland PR ung sa friend ko skilled) so ayun lilipat sya ng agency kase hindi na ok ang mercan just sharing.

wait sabi mo in process pa lang yung papers ng husband mo sa canada so hindi pa sya pr pano ka nya sponsoran kung hindi pa sya pr hindi ata pwede un? :/ dapat immigrant na sya bago ka nya makuha un ang alam ko.

hello guys its been 2 months and 1 week na since my application was transferred in Manila and until now ala pa akong naririning na balita tungkol sa application ko :'( im so worried na lagi akong nag checheck ng ecas but still no update parin la parin akong na receive na letter asking for my PP or additional docs. :'( :'( :'(

baka naipit aa post office yung letter or pwede
din email nila yung ppr pwede din tawagan ka kase medjo matagal na yan tapos wala
ka pa din passport request dapat may aor ka na sa time na yan eh

un lang way para malaman kung nakuha na nila kase d sila magsasabi kung natanggap na nila
if ever drop box obviously natanggap na ng embassy un kase drop box ng embassy un.

1-2 weeks, minsan 1 month depende sa tanong mo if yung tanong mo eh ung sagot asa cic site nila hindi sila nag rereply.

regarding mercan, i'm one of their victims, di lang tumagal yun processing dahil puro mali nga yun pag encode nila eh worst is refused pa yun fsw application namin, they didn't even bother to review our employment cert. basta na lang nila sinubmit ayun refused kasi walang job description.pera pera lang talaga yan agency na yan. & when i started to read the CIC guidelines for fsw application,nagsisi talaga me to the max bakit nag mercan pa kami, it's very easy to understand lang pala the procedures, next time we'll be applying we'll do it by ourselves na, @ least sure na sure na maencode properly.

maybe HANIS's talking about the spousal open work permit, actually no need na for her to hire an agency to process SOWP, napakadali lang po nun procedure, what important is icomprehend nyo lang yun CIC guidelines. & besides mercan doesn't deserve to be called consultancy agency, pwede pa secretary / encoder...yun lang...superbitter noh...

anyway we've recovered na for what mercan did to us...we've moved on & goodluck to each & everyone of US!!! Cheers... ;D ;D ;D ;D

its been one month since.. my husband pass his passport and additional docs. sa visa officer.!but still.hes notreceiving anyting from them..its it normal.. lng ba?.. ???haayss..!!!ang hirap ng gni2. naghihinty sa isang bagy na di mo alm kung kelan darating..may awa rin ang diyos..ibibigy nya rin. mga visa ntingod is good!! :-*

Last April 19 na received ko yung PPR and AOR and the next day April 20 pinadala ko yung Passport and additional information through LBC.
Since HOLYWEEK na hindi na deliver over the weekend. I was busy the next week from Monday to Tuesday, Wednesday I check sa tracking ng LBC hindi pa rin na deliver yung documents ko sa Canadian Embassy Makati.

Ayun inaway at nag demand ako sa customer service ng LBC to check the status of my package kung na deliver na sa CEM. Wednesday after, sinabi na deliver na raw nung Monday, hindi lang DAW updated yung tracking system nila sa internet.

Nakakainis yung ganito.. kung hindi pa na follow-up di sila gagawa ng action. May gumamit din ba na LBC courier dito para mag send ng documents sa CEM? Originally plan ko sana ipadala through DHL kaso wala silang LOCAL service dito. OUTSIDE the country delivery lang ang cater nila.

oo ako gumamit ako nyan. oo parang hindi nga updated ung system nila..nagalala din ako nun pero kinabukasan pla nung pinadala, tuesday ngpadala ako then wednesday ng hapon narcvd ng security..and ngaun ok n visa namin...ok yn after 2 weeks maichecheck mo n siguro sa eCAS..God bless!
