My wife submitted her application (package kit) for PR and at the same time my sponsorship as a spouse last August 2014. I also completed the medical examination at the same month last year. She's already awaiting for her PR card which is due this July 2015. However, ECAS is not showing the status of my application as a sponsored spouse. As in ang lage sabi eh "we have received your application but may not have started processing it". Anu kaya ang dapat naming gawin? Salamat sa sasagot! =D

Application for my wifes permanent residence received on October 22, 2013.
Started processing my wifes application on July 8, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

Still Waiting !! Wrote an email to Canadian Embassy , Manila no reply yet this June 3, 2015

How long have you waited for your Visa ? please share who were the longest ??? Thanks , your reply is a relief for the anguish !!!

LATEST ECAS July 4, 2015 A Decision was Made on ROSANA DIONISIO SALVADOR , the office will contact ROSANA DIONISIO SALVADOR on this decision.

AT last i do think that VISA will arrive after this .. I hope i am right.. GOD HELP US ... THANK YOU ...

As we wait for our PPR also, here is a summary of the happenings with our application after our SA was granted Feb 14, 2015. Early march, a request for a form already sent in our original application ( Nothing changed on the form, I believe the CEM misplaced it ) April 29, request for medical and photos for non accompanying minor, completed May 4. May 13, request for additional documents which included more photos of my wife daughter, birth certificate of her daughter, Another NBI clearance ( first was sent with original application Nov 4, 2014 ) and a AOM ( advisory on marriage ). These were sent to CEM May 20, and tracking showed delivered May 21. Since then, we have heard nothing from CEM or CIC.

I have emailed CEM to verify that there were no outstanding request, with no reply. July 3, I emailed my local MP with our concerns about the 2014 applicants being bypassed by a large majority of 2015 applicants, as there seems to be no set guideline to the order that CEM processes the applications, and the money that is flowing out of Canada to the Philippines with trips to see my Wife and the remittance needed to keep everyone there safe and healthy, money that could be best invested here at home in Canada. I will keep you informed of any response.

Keep your heads up all remaining 2014 applicants, I know as well as you how hard it is waiting to be together, If enough of us voice our concerns to anyone who can help, perhaps then we can put this long and agonizing process behind us.

Hello. No news until now. Application Received pa din in ECAS. I hope hindi ibalik ng CEM ung pp ni husband ko without the visa...

Hello guys. Ive been reading this thread for quite some time now. And curious ako about others being requested of "Appendix A" along with their passports.. correct me if im wrong, is this form the same with Appendix A in IMM3905? That was the one we included in the application. I am wondering kung bakit may request pa to send it again. thank you po!

I sent an email to Canadian Embassy in Manila yesterday. I asked them if my file is already transferred to their office. This is their respond:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We received your email regarding file number F000345xxx on 05 July 2015. We note that the file was received on 13 March 2015.

If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority.

We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.

Im kinda nervous though LBC tracking says it has been delivered.

It's a different appendix A that we sent from the start of the application. "this" appendix A is more of like a portfolio update, should there be any changes in the status of the applicant. Usually requires photo, and if you are lucky, they'd be requiring your passport as well.

Hmmm i dont think so.. They only responded to your email. AOR2 should say that your file was received by Manila Office at so and so date. This is only confirming your File received at the canadian office.

Hi, i think okay naman kasi ung husband ko nung bumalik ng canada may dala din HDD kasi lahat ng raw photos and videos namen nung wedding dun nkalagay eh and wala naman syang naging problem dun, bka u need to declare lang din na u have HDD on your baggage.
