Hi everyone! I need help. Meron ba dito na 1 month after you submit your passport to the Embassy still Application Received pa din sa ECAS?? NO e-mail from embassy as well. NO update. Hay. Frustrating.

Booked na ang flight ko for July 3. Hindi pa ko umattend ng seminar. Required ba ang PDOS? Sayang hanggang August lang ang validity ng visa ko. Gusto ko sanang magstay pa hanggang Sept. Bumagsak kasi ako sa board exam nung March kaya gusto kong mag-retake sa September. Sayang naman kasi yon. Balik na lang ako next year ulit para mag-retake ng board sa Manila. Mas madali at mas mura kasing mag-transfer ng foreign qualifications kaysa mag-aral pa ulit sa Canada.

Hello All!

I really need an advice. I mailed our application last June 3 and was received by CIC last June 5. All of a sudden, narealize ko hindi ko pala nasama yung Appendix A (applicant's checklist) and yung ID pictures.. Please help, hindi ko sure kung ano gagawin ko, kung ipapadala ko ba sa kanila agad or wait muna ko sa reply ng CIC.. Ibabalik ba nila yung application ko sakin at start from scratch ulit kami? Or they can start processing it tapos hihingiin na lang ang missing documents?

Hi, ung country specific checklist po ba un? I know that feeling po ksi sa experience po namin before, di rin nmin naipadala ung checklist na un (ung sponsor checklist lang) and nag ask din po ako dto forum that time.. Sa amin po di nila hinanahap na.. But sa case nu po is may pictures.. umm. Sa tingin ko po, wait nu nlng ung time na ioopen ng CIC officer ung package nu. kung anu po un sasabhin nila. Ksi kung ipapadala mo po ung kulang and di pa naoopen ung package, baka magkaroon ng confusion pa lalo sa part ng CIC at sa package nu kung which is which. At tingin ko po, sa visa office na sa embassy ngagamit ung pictures, kaya think positive lang po.

Hi guys, i received an email from CEM to attend the pre-departure orientation seminar--------- question...ibig sabihin po ba nito positive po ung result ng application namin?

Yes, yun nga yung country specific checklist. thank you for your reply. Sana wala din kami maging problema. Although may pics na involved samin, all I'm praying is sana maprocess pa din nila yung sponsor application ko then kapag nasa manila visa office na lang nila irequest yung pictures. Basta wag lang kami mag back to zero. Nakakaparanoid lang. And thank you for your advice, we will wait muna for their reply.

hi, we experienced that before po, ung unang submit nmin ng wifey ko to CIC Canada, August 2014, we submitted outdated IMM 0008, August 2014 dn ngchange ung form.. Sa case namin, binalik ung whole package after a month stating na ibahin ung mga forms na outdted with their letter. I hope this will help po.

Anyone here experience submitted an outdated form? For example, IMM0008 I downloaded the Feb 2015 version, then CIC updated the form to APril 2015. But you submitted your application June 2015. I checked the difference between the forms, wala naman sya pinagkaiba sa mga hiningi na info they just added some disclosures sa last page. Ano po magiging possible problem if ganito po nangyari?

I'm suppose to use the updated form April 2015 kaso late na, I found out that I used the February 2015 1MM008 when I'm about to submit the application naisip ko ituloy Nlng isubmit kc mahirap nman mg hintay kc permahan ni hubby ang form tpos UPS nman papunta dito
Canada.... Hoping and praying hindi nila ibalik un package ehhh only that form lng nman ang outdated .....
Does anyone here submitted the apps with an outdated forms?

Please share guys to lessen our anxiety..... Thank you

Hi sustagen thank you sa reply! Sa iba kasi after nila i-submit sa Embassy, ang status nagchachange na sa "In Process" then after that "Decision made." Sa akin 1 month na kasi and walang pagbabago sa ECAS. Anyway, here's my timeline.

Jan 2015- Submitted my application to CIC
March 2015- sponsorship approved
April- CIC sent it to manila office.
May- PPR
June-Waiting for my visa.. Ikaw ano timeline mo?

Hi sustagen thank you sa reply! Sa iba kasi after nila i-submit sa Embassy, ang status nagchachange na sa "In Process" then after that "Decision made." Sa akin 1 month na kasi and walang pagbabago sa ECAS. Anyway, here's my timeline.

Jan 2015- Submitted my application to CIC
March 2015- sponsorship approved
April- CIC sent it to manila office.
May- PPR
June-Waiting for my visa.. Ikaw ano timeline mo? o

Application Received parin sa ECAS eh.. Here:

Medical Done: February 3, 2015
Application Sent: February 20, 2015
Application Received: Feb 24, 2015
AOR: April 14, 2015
Sponsorship Approval: April 28, 2015
AOR2: May 8, 2015
Passport Request: May 27, 2015

2 months na po sa amin after nasend passport ng asawa ko. April 17 nakarating sa CEM ang passport niya based sa tracker ng courier na pinagpagpadalhan po namin. June 4 lang din ang DM. Twice na ako nag email and what we just got e ung COA seminar information.
