my application was filed sept. 9, 2014,medical done, and AOR was received by CEM November 4, 2014. CEM emailed me requesting for my travel records so i filled up the form and send my PP. CEM received my documents and PP November 10, 2014. No update from CEM since. Is my application already at PPR or in process? thanks

I also have some situation it is actually my husband kc i called the MP here in Vancouver, Canada i talked to them and that was Wednesday sbi sken they will sent it that day yung passport with visa ng husband ko but until now wla pa ring receive yung husband ko. it is already sunday jn sa Philippines. Normally kpg cnend na ng CEM how many days bgo mreceive? just curious!!! thank you!

Hello sis, congrats sa DM natin,sorry but I have no idea kasi we are on the same boat still waiting for our visas, I think wala pang nakatanggap ng Visa form our batch.Na.traffic lang siguro but hopefully matatanggap na natin next week para makaalis na kami ng Pinas.
BTW in our case enough na ang MP we dont need GCMS/ATIP kasi DM na tayo.GCMS/ATIP are detailed infos on our application but we need to wait 30 days after ordering those notes.

I even asked for permission but I wasnt granted to access.

Newly-wed newbie here! This is my first time to post but I've been reading this thread for some time now.

My fiance and I just got married last Dec 2014. He is a Filipino permanent resident in Canada. We are planning to apply for my spouse visa as soon as we get our NSO marriage certificate.

Tanong ko lang sana.. When you guys applied for spouse visa, DID YOU HIRE AN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION? or kanya-kanyang pasa lang kayo?

If you did hire someone, can you guys give me referrals? So far I've only contacted CPIS (Canadian Professional Immigration Services) but their processing fee is kinda steep. But we're willing to pay naman. We're still looking for other options. Baka may ma-recommend kayo iba?

I would recommend that you do it your own. The processing times is still the same either you have an agency or no. Just tell your spouse to print all the needed documents and read the guide in cic.gc.ca or tanong2 sya sa mga friends nya na ng sponsor before. You'll going to spend around 60k sa agency sis.
