dolli is right, better check / retrieve the email add na naka indicate doon sa inyong application, malamang andun ang correspondence email.
As for the Medical Inquiry, I had mine from IOM Makati. They seem to know a lot about the inquiries related to Immigration, try calling them, they might be able to answer your query:

i did not include my medical on the complete application package...but just have my PPR two weeks ago...does this means that we really have to wait for their e-mail for schedule of medical? or can we do it without a request from them? Thank you.

Hello po ask lang po sana ako...napadala na po yung papers namin ng wife ko last june 30,2014. Ilang days po ba estimated na mag mail yung immigration saamin?para maconfirm na natanggap na nila papers namin?thank you.

Malay mo? Alam mo, my sis-in-law, (landed 07-20) applied July. She never got PPR but went straight to "In Process". CEM just called her to pick her Visa & COPR up at binigyan lang ng 2 weeks to land kasi expiring na ang meds nya. Just pray na that would be the case for you also. Kaya handa-handa ka na rin kasi if ever, super pressed for time ka na nun. Yes, I did send a photocopy of my passport nun sa application package ko.

Ah ok,akala ko kasi kaya cgro di na ko nag PPR eh it's because I sent a photocopy of my passport before..hay sana nga Dollin ganon ang mangyari nalang sakin instead of wait ng wait ng wait ??? thank you
