Just want to clarify,

In Additional Family Information, did i do right not signing in Section A since I declare my husband/spouse. Naconfuse lang kasi husband ko eh.
Pati ako naconfuse na rin kung tama pagkaintindi ko sa Note 1 "If no spouse or common-law partner is listed in Section A, read and sign below." na magsa-sign lng ako if wala ako asawa o partner, di bah.? And since me asawa na ako (whom my sponsor), no need na akong pumirma sa Section A, tama po ba?

One more thing, if yung landed / Right of PR Fee ay babayaran once approve and eligible to sponsor ang spouse then send to CIC yung receipt upon payment, madedelay ba ng 2 months yung processing or they will facilitate the processing like paying the processing fee and right of PR fee at the same time?

hi miga! yup hindi dapat pirmahan yung Section A ng Additional Family Information kasi dedeclare mo na may spouse ka eh. also, yung RPRF bayaran mo na din before mo pasa lahat ng application mo para ma-process lahat once and for all. kasi kung hindi, it can cause 2 months delay later on.

yap you dont have to sign it kasi my spouse ka,kaya ganyan yung question kasi ay standard form din yan nag fill-up din nyan kasi ang mga single nominees or skilled worker

mabilis pag binayaran mo na ng sabay procesing and RPRF, kung processing lang then huli ang RPRF itwill take 2 months.

hindi cla ng a update regarding receipt of passport and additional documents.the only way na malaman natin na nasa CEM na yon is to track your parcel using the tracking number issued by the courier

thanks Kezzia. hinulog ng husband ko yung passport nya at additional documents sa drop box sa embassy mismo. any idea kung how long it takes to review ngayong nasa kanila na ang all required documents?

Wala n bang hiningi sa yo aside from PP? kasi kung hiningan ka ng RPRF it will take 2 months to process your application pero kung wala naman ung sa wife ko Feb. 4 nasubmit ung PP then n-DM xa ng Feb. 26 tapos nareceive nya PP with VISA ng Mar. 3, 2011. Hope that helps...

ano ang RPRF landing fee ba? Nagbayad na kami ng landing fee nya. passport, nbi clearance, advisory on marriages, history nya from 1992 to present, appendix a yung lang. any idea how long it will take to process his application. thanks in advance.

thanks for the timeline. i'm happy for you at ang bilis nabigyan ng visa ang wife mo. wala kasi nakalagay na in process na application ng husband ko. application received pa rin.

yung application ng husband ka na forward sa manila nung feb 15, 2011, naka receive sya ng letter galing sa embassy dated feb 23, 2011 asking him to submit his passport and additional documents. wait lang at soon makaka receive na ang husband mo ng letter
