Yesterday I received a phone call at 8:15pm, I thought it was my honey but then I heard, "do you speak english?" then I heard no more voice on the line then it called again with a different number but still I cannot hear the voice so I just said, " I cannot hear you!" But it does happened to me and my husband when he phone me. Now today I checked my email I got this at 1:02AM June 16;

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act establishes that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada.
Original Passport(s) for you and each family member who will accompany you to Canada
To ensure timely processing and facilitate your travel, we strongly recommend that you submit the new red-coloured passports currently being issued by the Philippines authorities as they are in compliance with the machine-readable passport Requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance for every family member age 18 and over (travelling to Canada), issued within the last six months, with thumbprint and dry seal affixed. Please send us the original copy. “Personal Copy” is not accepted. DO NOT FAX YOUR NBI CLEARANCE.
This documentation is reasonably required to complete the assessment of your application. If we do not receive all of the above documentation from you WITHIN FORTY-FIVE (45 DAYS) of the date of this letter, a final review of your application will be completed based on the information available on file. Please note that this may result in a refusal of your application.

CHANGE OF STATUS. Should any of the following circumstances apply to you (or any person included in your application), you must immediately inform this office, in writing, for further action:

· death of applicant, dependant(s) or sponsor;
· birth of a child;
· change in health
· the laying of any criminal charges or conviction for a criminal offence;
· change in your mailing address and / or telephone number
Failure to inform this office of any change of the above may render you and your family members inadmissible to Canada.
Only original documents or, when unavailable, certified documents are acceptable.
The file number noted above must be included on all correspondence with this office.

Hi ask ko lang kung nagsubmit ka ba ng nbi clearance mo before and if ever anong date nung kinuha mo? Im planning to apply it in advance na kc just in case na magrequest ulit sila at least naka prepare na. Thanks in advance
