im new here...

happy inspired naman ako sa thread na to....

waiting for my visa din po ako.... i received my PPR last Dec. 16, 2010 dated Dec. 3, 2010.... kaya lang po Dec. 27 ko na po na send via LBC....
sana po dumating na din yung visa ko very soon...

namiss ko na hubby ko sobra....

congrats po sa mga natanggap na yung visa nila...

anyone here who got their documents back 2x or 3x? coz we got our documents back 2x for lacking requirements on mu hubby's side( Mu hubby is my sponsor from Calgary)

We checked on line that they got our application last jan 27, 2011..then i just checked the cic website that documents received Jan 20, 2011 is now on process...tingin nyo po malapit na jan 27? nakakainip na po.coz we first submitted our doc Oct 2010 and the second return na submit na last Jan ..then yun nga po received nila ng Jan 27....

everytime i read the threads and updates nabubuhayan ako...pero at the same kinakabahan sana hindi na nila ibalik ang docs namin....pls give me some idea po how long usually? civilly married kami june 2010 and recently jan 8, 2011 church wedding namn...

Hi Chanci new din ako dito...Ang ask mo ba tungkol sa DM sa sponsor? Kasi yung sa amin received nila application ng January 18 nung nagchecked kami sa website in process nung Feb. 8 ay yung application received January 13, 2011. Nareceived namin yung letter from CPC friday Feb. 11 DM na pala hubby ko nung Feb. 8 pa the same day pnaprocess yung Jan. 13. So kung wala ng problem yung apli nyo probably ma DM na hubby mo.

hi cynch,bka kc hingin din sayo ung aom nung ako kinuha ko na before ko pa nareceive letter ko for ppr and un nga they requested for aom din so nkaready na cya nun,pwede ka na kumuha 195pesos lang un sa nso tell mo kuha ka aom isa lang kc ung form na gnagamit pag kumukuha ng aom at cenomar,kung single ka cenomar bbgay sayo pero kung married kna aom at lilitaw dun kung knino ka kinasal,dpa talaga enough ung marriage contract kc dun lilitaw talaga kung kanino ka talaga knasal well you have nothing to worry naman kung annulled na ung first marriage mo.

hi chanci, basta ba nasubmit na ng hubby mo lahat ng kulang na docs eh im sure d na ibabalik un so from the date na nareceive nla ung docs wait ka lang ng mga 1mth minsan earlier pa nga for the approval of sponsorship then your hubby will receive a letter from cpc-m. then 2nd step na nun which is the processing of your pr here in manila and ung processing depende rin kung completo docs na isinubmit nyo mabilis lang sometimes it takes only 3mths but kung may kulang papadalhan ka naman ng letter ng cem for addtl docs un ang nakakadelay ng processing. lets just hope and pray na kaagad na natin makuha visa natin

tama c foreverlove ayusin mo sa munisipyo, actually we the same situation MA. naman ang mother ko hehe... lahat kame mag kakapatid Yolanda lang ang nakalagay supposed to be Ma. Yolanda so ginawang mother ko inayos nya sa Munisipyo 1k each yata. then mga 3 months nga then ccorrect lang nila yun then ipapasa sa NSO para ma authenticate ang updated e yung may note na sa baba na corect name ng mother mo. gawin mo na ngaun pa update mo n ang birth cert mo. then kung ipapasa nyo na ng march sa forms mo ilagay mo ang tamang name nya w/c is MARIA CAROLINA then yun birth cert mo mag pa affidavit ka na name ng mom mo e MARIA CAROLINA na iisa lang yun tao na yun then attach mo lang un Birth cert mo. then kung ok na yun updated birth cer mo. saka mo ngaun ipasa sa manila pag nasa manila na yung papers mo sumulat ka ng letter na nag attached ka ng updated birth certificate mo. para hindi sila malito gawa kang letter explain mo kung bakit ka nag attached ng affidavit.

can you advice me also kc gusto sna nmin n magstay prin ako d2 s abu dhabi habang pinaprocess papers ko s manila visa office. ok lng ba n ganun gawin nmin? pg magsend n sila ng PPR e from here nlng me mgsend ng passport and other documents that they may require. or mas dpat b na uwuwi nlng ako pg me PPR n? sayang din kc ang panahon, at least pg and2 ako kumikita and also d msyado malaki time difference, ms ok p internet connection ko. unlike s pinas n magiging tambay lng ako habang hintay ng visa.

I got confused ???...Ung cenomar pra single and ung advisory of marriage pra sa married. So just in case manghihingi ba sila ng advisory of marriage katunayan na married ako sa 2nd husband ko? D ba enough yung marriage contract?

CENOMAR po mag kaiba pero same paper ang pag fill-up single ang lalabas kung wala asawa kung meron naman advisory of marriage ang lalabas w/c is FORM 5 yata tawag dun pero ang pag fill-up same form yung green. hindi enough sa knila ang MC lang kailangan nila ng proof of history kung nakasal ka ba at kanino. kung kukuha ka po ng advisory of marriage lalabas na dun ang name ng unang asawa mo and yung name ng asawa mo po ngaun. wala naman problema yun legal naman ang kasal mo sa 2nd husband dba po? pag kukuha ka nun punta ka NSO sabihin mo lang po na kukuha ka ng advisory of marriage.

wait na confuse ako. i-correct ko lang pagkaka intindi ko ang correct na last name mo eh CORTES right?
so ang correct MARIA CAROLINA CORTES dapat, ang incorrect CAROLINA CORTEZ yun ba nakalagay sa name ng mom mo sa BC mo? pero ang question ko is kung tama ba yung info na name mo and last name mo kung tama naman ang name and last name mo wala ka magiging problema sa Passport mo ang ipapa correct mo lang naman eh name ng mom mo. as long as na tama ang name and last name mo wala ka na ipapabago sa passport. pa affidavit mo muna ang name ng mom mo na ang nakalagay e yung correct name. tapos ayusin mo na agad para pag ok na ipasa mo na yung updated sa embassy.

about sa pag wait ng visa its your choice naman meron naman sa forms na question kung san mo gusto iprocess ang papers mo tapos lagay mo kung san mo gusto iaddress kung jan na. its up to you mapprovide mo naman cguro pag my request sila e. one more thing mang hinge ka na dun dyan ng police clearance kailangan din un pasa ka ng nbi and ng police clearance sa abhu dhabi para d ka mahingan ulit.

But I just wanted to say re entry into Canada is never a guarantee. Even with a valid visa or even visa exempt nationals. I know of someone from the uk who has been denied entry into Canada just because the officer thought they had strong ties here and would never leave.

When I got my multiple entry visa into Canada immigration attached a letter with my passport saying it's still not a guarantee that I will be admitted into the country. A border official will determine entry.

When you are entering Canada as a visitor you have to show proof of funds to support yourself while your visiting , strong socio economic ties to your country and you need to prove to an official that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay.

Unfortunately if you have an inland application in process even from a visa exempt country like the u.s or the u.k or any other visa exempt country you already have strong ties in Canada and that in itself is a strong reason of denial from a border officer.

It is never advisable to leave Canada if you have an application (inland) in process to be on the safe side
You can do it. But Cic advices against it because the repercussions are much worse in the worst case scenario

Thank you for your reply..the other i checked the website Jan 20 na nag on process...kung jan 27 po kami kailan kaya nila ma process yun? haay super nakakainip na..kasi nahihirapan din ako sa work coz i have to give them enough time for my resignation kaya i can't move...at least one to two months kasi i need to give notice mahirap kasi walang papalit sa akin sa work..sana end of feb or first week of march may balita na...
sabi hubby ko ok na daw at na pacheck na nya sa friend nya na nagsponsor din before...sana ok na lahat...
