No, nung Nov 2012 pa kami kinasal, second visit nya this July and supposed to be naipasa na dapat namin ang application nung March but merong mga delays, pero okay lang basta sure diba!!! Kaya ngayon pa lang kami makakapgpasa at saka yung name ko na Samantala in english is Meanwhile diba!!! ahahaha!!!!

I need my visa na pra mabilis n makakuha ng passport Nya....grabeh anu n kaya nangyari sa paper ku...,

Hi there! Tanong ko lang po... Pwede po ba ko magdeclare ng things to follow kahit na 2y/o child lang ang applicant going to canada?? Ang alam ko po kasi kung newly landed immigrant pwede ka magdeclare ng things to follow para non taxable but im not sure kung pwede yun kung bata lang ang magland. Thanks po.

ask ko lang about sa ecas info ng sponsored person, kasi pag open ko ecas namin ni hubby gamit ko lage is yung UCI nya, kasi yung nkalagay lng na address is kay hubby sa Canada, hindi ko ba talaga makikita yung address ko dito sa pinas? or if pag mag i-in process na yung status ko under permanent residence dun lng malalagay yung pinas address ko? medyo naguguluhan kasi ako kasi yung address lng ng asawa ko ang nkalagay dun wala yung sa akin.... ??? :

and one more thing, pag check ba ng ecas namin is the same app/file number lang kami ng asawa ko or iba yung sa kanya and iba rin sa akin?

pag ka submit mo unang letter nila sayo ..
eto laman
UCI ##########( log in using sponsors info ..)
APPLication ########## ... (log in using sponsored info ) dito mo din makikita yung details mo ...

but if nag log in ka gamit UCI .. makikita mo dun isang sponsorship ( para sa sponsor)at permanent residence( sponsored ) ..

I hope somebody can help me about this situation..

Background : 2010 applicant under spousal sponsorship with dependent in Philippines.
2011-vegreville transferred file to edmonton without aip and owp. Processing time in edmonton is 24 months (i din't know if this us just 1st stage or the whole process itself) we are on our 19th month of waiting.

Current status: aporoved LMO NOC B.. Submitted work permit application for SUPERVISORY POSITION.

Now, when I receive my work permit as a skilled worker i will try to apply for a student permit for my 12 year old son in the Philippines. I don't know if this is possible but since i have this option as a skilled worker I will still try. It's been 3 years since i've last seen my son. Sad i don't know when will Edmonton office open our file again Sad this is my only hope.

What is ur opinion about this? Pros and cons? Is dual intent applicable to this situation? What should I do?
