Manila. You can take the LRT going to Quirino Station. Ask a taxi or a pedicab to take you there which is 10 mins away from the LRT station.

Not necessarily. As long as you use your maiden name consistently sa buong application and supporting documents such as NBI clearance, medicals and passport, etc.

But in my case I chose to use my husband's surname and had all my government IDs (SSS, BIR, Pag ibig & Philhealth) and passport updated for practical reasons. Para less hassle na for me in the future.

Can i ask how you printed your skype logs? did you use the program nirsoft then copy pasted it on excel or just copy pasted the whole history into MS word. Thank you!

I don't change my passport. I put my married status in my forms.

Same lang seminar...separate lang ng room/floor. Basta when you go there ask nyo kung saan ang pila ng spouse ng Permanent residents at ng citizens then sasabihn nlng nila which floor you should go to.Bring 2 valid IDs , marriage certificate & passport w/ visa. If possible pa xerox nyo n 2 valid IDs and ung marriage certificate nyo ksi yun din hihingiin sa inyo bago kau paakyatin sa taas.

as far as i know po dox un na nirerequest ng either applicant or sponsor to know po yung status ng applications... d po yun requirements,,,

Yes but I only attended the Guidance and Counselling Seminar to acquire the Guidance & Counselling Certificate required for renewal of my passport using my husband's surname who is a Canadian citizen. If may visa ka na, mas ok yun dahil they will issue the GCC certificate and the CFO stikcer after u attend the PDOS.
Yung seminar sa Makati yun yung sa COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad) initiated by the Canadian Embassy, pre-departure orientation din yun pero di naman ata required. Kung gusto mo lang mg attend hehe. Canadian Embassy will give you the flyer ata kpag na issue na sa'yo ang visa. so pag po foreign national ang husband GCC and PDOS po ba? then yung sa COA po d nmn xa required... im too confused na po kasi.. tnx po sa help.
