I think CEM would refuse, like they refuse married couples, "A risk to not leave" But maybe if he has a secure job and 2 to 300,000pesos in the bank.,,,,,,,you can apply as a CONJUGAL PARTNER if you have a reason why you are not married ex(you cant afford a trip back to phils) maybe try COMMONLAW,,,,since your intentions are to have him stay here and marry you,,,,,,hope you hAVE the proof of the relationship, birth certificate of baby in both your name, pictures together , communications,,,,plane flights you visiting 9 months prior to giving birth etc. YOUR BEST PROOF IS YOU HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER,,,,,,,they could ask for DNA tests

the prob is i was sponsored as independent.,i cant sponsor him as common-law or it will affect my PR status..

Yes. Alam ko po talaga di nawawala ang police clearance sa checklist. Required yan kasi local security check ng cic/cem yan.

same process din ba ginawa nyo sis?nag tourist muna hubby mo?

aku yong nagapply for tourist visa sis asawa ko ang canadian,denied aku because sabi nila d nadaw aku babalik ng pinas pagkaexpire ng tourist visa ko so yon,mostly yan yong reason nila,nagtry lang kasi aku noon,mas mabuting dretso nalang sa spousal sponsorship yong sainyu,magpakasal nalang muna kayo.

one last question hehehehe yong sinabi mo na pag order ko ng receipt name ng sponsor ko ilagay ko and then address ng sister niya ok ba talaga yon di kami ma question kung bakit name ng asawa ko nilagay ko while andito naman siya sa pinas kasama ko?or ilagay ko lang name and address ng sister in law ko sa pag order ng receipt fee's and then maglalagay nalang kami ng note saying na sister ng asawa ko ang nagbayad ng fee's on our behalf?kakalito,pasensiya kung pabalik balik lang to,gusto ko talagang malinawan isip ko.thank you.And again congrats im happy for you,saan ka sa CANADA?
