Hi i just want to ask if its possible?

Im a PR with a canadian citizen baby,I want to invite my "Boyfriend" who is the father of my 1month old son to come as a VISITOR
then we get married here in Canada and eventually apply him for Permanent Resident in Canada.

is that POSSIBLE??AND VALID??

Yes, possible po lalo na kung marami siya proof na babalik siya ng Phils like job, own house, business etc. If ever naman why not get married here in the Phils?

ok thank you po comarxx ok lang po ba gamitin ko ung last name ko ng single pa ko sa application? di ko pa kasi nauupdate ung information ko dito si Canada. ok lang din ba kung ipasa ko ung application kahit hindi ko pa nauupdate ung status dito sa Canada?

Its okay to use your maiden name when filling-up your application lalo na if your newly mas mabilis nga at di hassle and embassy also knows its not that easy to update all valid id's, bc, nbi, passport etc etc.. So long po na may proof kayo like marriage contract, aom, pics of wedding. Cheers!

Guys, medyo hindi lang ako mapakali. Nung nagsend ako ng passport etc, nun lng din ako nagbayad ng rprf. Sinabay ko na sa pp yung receipt. May alam ba kayo kung ilang weeks from ppr to visa? Ideas naman jan oh! Thanks

I think CEM would refuse, like they refuse married couples, "A risk to not leave" But maybe if he has a secure job and 2 to 300,000pesos in the bank.,,,,,,,you can apply as a CONJUGAL PARTNER if you have a reason why you are not married ex(you cant afford a trip back to phils) maybe try COMMONLAW,,,,since your intentions are to have him stay here and marry you,,,,,,hope you hAVE the proof of the relationship, birth certificate of baby in both your name, pictures together , communications,,,,plane flights you visiting 9 months prior to giving birth etc. YOUR BEST PROOF IS YOU HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER,,,,,,,they could ask for DNA tests

probably cem will refuse you,kami nga sis kasal na tapos nag apply kami ni refuse nga nila kahit completo lahat ng mga papers ko.

ah cge kukuha nalang aku,about sa GENERIC APPLICATION FORM may button na REMOVE DEPENDANT,fill upan ko papoba ito or e remove ko po?wala po akong anak and my sponsor is canadian and then andito po siya sa pinas kasama ko po.please help me.thank you

Since sa pagkakaalam ko from CJG its quite a while for cic to encode or to transfer it to vo processing the application. It takes 4-6 weeks or less. But then again everyone is case to case basis pa rin po. We cannot tell for sure.

Since sa pagkakaalam ko from CJG its quite a while for cic to encode or to transfer it to vo processing the application. It takes 4-6 weeks or less. But then again everyone is case to case basis pa rin po. We cannot tell for sure.

Hay naku. Wala akong magagawa. Hintayin ko nalang. Pero at least may idea na ako. 4-6 weeks pala. So mga end of june siguro. Salamat pare! God bless you, master answerer!hehehe
