Hi Iay...I want to know if we are applying outland because I will send all our documents to my husband in Canada, he will pay there online and will send them to Mississauga. Is our application still considered outland?Iay said:Good morning!!

Thanks Steph C...Please help me too with regards to the processing fees, do we need to pay for my eldest son who is not accompanying us to Canada?I'm confused with this table of visa fees:Steph C said:Yes! Outland.
It's not very clear, but we learned this the hard way - you don't pay the $150 for a non-accompanying child.abscott said:Thanks Steph C...Please help me too with regards to the processing fees, do we need to pay for my eldest son who is not accompanying us to Canada?I'm confused with this table of visa fees:
Family member 22 years or older, or who is married, engaged or in a common-law relationship, regardless of age $550
Does this mean that my husband needs to pay for this?My eldest son is 23 yrs old he doesn't fall in any of the types A, B or C under the sponsored person's dependents, am I correct? Please help me if i am wrong because as I understand, we need to pay $ 1190 all in all ( $ 75 for the sponsor, $ 475 for me the applicant, $150 for my youngest son who is accompanying to Canada and $490 for my right of permanent residence fee ).
Another thing, my husband is planning to come down again on June or July, do we need to inform the embassy that he will come after he submits our application or should we include a copy of his tickets in coming down?
Thanks a lot...
God bless...
Steph my youngest son is accompanying so we need to pay for him $150, my eldest son is the one who isn't accompanying which I'm not sure if we still need to pay that $550 for the 22 yrs old or above?Steph C said:It's not very clear, but we learned this the hard way - you don't pay the $150 for a non-accompanying child.
If your husband is a PR he can visit you but he is meant to remain inside Canada while sponsoring. I believe he can visit but not sure the length or even if they check (I don't think Canada actually will check how long he visits but I'm not sure) So I actually wouldn't mention that, seeing as you don't need the tickets to prove the genuineness of your relationship.
