Just wanted to update, like louie my wife has her PR visa now, on the 17th of this month she will get her passport stamped in cebu, then on the 25th of may we'll both go back to canada together.

Ano ba ka reliable ang ECAS? It's been 10 months now since I submitted my papers and I already sent my passport but my ECAS still shows APPLICATION RECEIVED Is this still normal?

basing it from my experience on ecas.hindi updated ang ecas.maybe sa iba nakakakuha sila ng mga updates thru ecas pero not at all times.ako nga from the time na ma-approve ung sponsorship namen eh hanggang ngayon di ko parin nakikita ang status ko sa ecas.according sa family friend namen eh hindi updated ang ecas.Nakarating na nga ng canada buong family niya eh hanggang ngayon eh hindi pa makita sa ecas ung status nila.

Guys and Gals meron ba dito recently na nakareceived ng letter sa CEM asking them to personally submit their passport?

Opo.and usually pg mlpit n magexpire medical,they will issue the passport and copr right on the same day! So if they ask you to present a booking cert,go ahead! Thats visa for sure!

MYSELF TOO STILL APPLICATION RECEIVED 15 MONTHS, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT GOOD IS ECAS IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO UPDATE IT, OR GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION. DOES THIS MEAN THEY ARE USING YOUR FILE TO STAND ON TO REACH THE NEW APPLICATIONS COMING IN LOL

not to offend or against you, but try to weigh if there are things that's keeping your application to be processed not the way it should be,...
are there any red flags or doubts that CIC noted in your application? because as what i've notice, its more than 80% of the applications are processed within the processing times indicated in the CIC website....

guys guard ba talaga ang unang makakareceive ng pinapadala natin?kasi sabi ng taga.lbc noong nagtrack ako sa pinadala ko sabi nila nareceive daw ng guard..

I think this is correct kasi they have tight security in the office. You have to go through the guard at the lobby first. So it makes sense that the guard will receive it then have it delivered upstairs.

I'm not 100% sure, of course.

WHEN THEY SAID THEY SENT YOU A REQUEST 7 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO REQUEST IT AGAIN UNTIL I HAD MY MP CALL THEM, THEN YOU REALIZE THEY ARE TO BUSY TRYING TO FILL QUOTAS THAN LOOKING OUT FOR FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. IF I DIDNT GET MY MP INVOLVED THERE STILL WOULD NOT BE A FURTHER REQUEST. LETS JUST SEE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS NOW THEY HAVE ALL THE PAPERS AND WHY IS IT MY APPLICATION IN ECAS STILL SAYS APLICATION RECEIVED AFTER 15 MONTHS. IM SURE NXT WEEK WHEN MY MP CALLS I WILL SEE SOME ACTION

AND IN THE CASE OF MY AOM IT WAS 10 MONTHS FROM WHEN THEY FIRST REQUESTED IT UNTIL MY MP CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE AOM, NOT ONCE DID THEY REQUEST A SECOND TIME, REALLY WHEN WOULD OF THEY FINALLY SENT US ANOTHER REQUEST FOR IT, I DONT THINK THEY WOULD OF, THEY ARE TOO BUSY TRYING TO KEEP UP TO QUOTAS :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( AND ITS NOT LIKE THEY DIDNT HAVE MY SPOUSES AND MY PHONE # , email, and addresses, not all 6 could of been wrong. ILL BET IF THEY WERE TRYING TO CONTACT YOU TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE PR THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP
