Yes. AOM is like a CENOMAR if you are single. You will request this at the NSO. AOM is different from marriage certificate. They usually ask for AOM when they request for your passport. It is not part of the checklist sa initial application.

It is in the initial checklist bro. Medyo confusing lang yung wording kasi nakalagay CENOMAR or AOM. Ayun ang nasubmit ko ay yung CENOMAR that we have to get the marriage license ;D

Anyway, many people forget to include AOM so most of them get the request with PPR.

Baka nga dipende sa LOCAL NSO OFFICE. Kasi usually pag may nilalakad akong docs sa NSO mga 5:30 plang nakapila nako then obviously medyo matagal talaga paghihintay lalo na pag madaming tao. Pero in one day na rerelease na nila mga DOCS basta walang problema. Eh Yung NSO naman dito sa BAGUIO di lang mga taga Baguio ang pumipila mostly lahat ng taga NORTE like Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Kalinga, Abra.
