Well Hello everyone...well it looks like they have slowed down again.... nothin done in 2 days and only a half day for Friday....so 5 more days of nothing.... the average was 180 days for a PPR now it seems to now be getting longer... when we applied it was 9 months.... our wedding annv is may 7/13 don,t look like its going to happen....been waiting since Aug 29/12 when we sent our app....Oct 16/12 SA approved still at that time 9 months.....my wife and I are in our early 50,s with no children...and paid all things in advance....I do hope for all of you that the PPR come soon... and visa,s are sent to you also but by the way it looks... its going to be a long wait..... I,m getting to old for this mess we are in.... take care... Scott

It's funny, because within the first few days of this week there were more PPR's then the last few week's totals. Maybe it was the Easter Bunny's surprise, since next week is holy week. It looks like your PPR with be in a month from now. Hang in there.. we have been waiting to be together for 3 and a half years. It's really torture.. hopefully you won't be in the old folks home before your visa arrives

Hey guys.. what's the best service you used to deliver your passports to CEM? I was thinking LBC is pretty standard, right? Is there an option like one day delivery for more money? I want to make sure it gets there as quickly and safely as possible. Any experiences you have would be great! Salamat :-*

Wala yata PPR's the last 2 days (Mar 20-21). Mukhang Mondays and Tuesdays lang dumarating PPR's.

Hi Steph.
LBC has good reputation in courier business so I guess you are good with using their service. I believe they have a one day delivery service, you just need to ask for the cut off hours so they can send it the next AM to the address.

Side note: CEM uses DHL for visa delivery, you might want to check their prices and services as well.

Yup sis! Yung $1040 kasama na lahat lahat ng fees dun including RPRF

DHL might be a good idea if CEM uses it.. thanks for the suggestion! Yes, he will come here as soon as humanly possible.. we have been waiting for this and planning it for so long. His family has already decided and divided up who gets what of our possessions in the Phils And we have already talked about everything we will see and do, how I will drive to Vancouver and get him and the dog in my car yep, it's all planned. As soon as they will ask for a remedical I will know we are approved.. but then we will be in a 3 month waiting game. So there's plenty of time yet, unfortunately.
