its BERSAMINANGIE from DM she recieved a REFUSAL LETTER. Its on the MANILA VO SPREADSHEET you can check it she's a 2011 applicant.

...and had her address had been changed from Philippines to Canada on ECAS as well? If so, that is a really colossal mistake!

She got a DM but I don't know if her address changed. DM is simply telling you they decided but it doesn't tell you which way. I think it took over a month before she heard it was refused.

But there have also been a number of people who have had DM but waited weeks for the visa. Give it a couple more weeks before you start worrying.

I wonder kung bakit nadeny sila? Bihira naman kasi madeny unless super complicated ang rel at questionable ang genuiness. Ang nakakataka lang, bakit wala manlang interview for a chance na maexplain niya ang side nia in person diba?

From what i read on the bersaminaange posts i dont think this was a spousal application because they asked for financial records. : : : Does anyone know what kind of application it was.
