naku,,ang mahal nman yan,,,last week nag send ako through post office 100 pesos ang na bayaran ko,dalawang cards kasi ang laman...at speacial delivery yon,,so im sure more than 2 weeks or maybe 3 weeks matatanggap na yon ni hubby,,ang importante dyan is may tatak,,kasi proof yon sa inyo..

Oo nga mas mganda parin ata if thru post office ipadala kahit matagal unlike pag lbc.

Ako halos ngayon lang po nag start mag send ng cards kadalasan kasi puro sa fb lang or viber kami nag uusap or pag may occasions straight na tinatawagan ko siya using viber or skype. Pero tlagang halos online kami nag uusap madalang lang ang tawagan sa phone.

Agree in some cases... my husband's application is 16 months already with CEM and he just got DM dec3. There are some cases that are straight forward( meaning first marriage no kids) ,they usually get it right away the visa. People who got divorced and re-married and had a baby with their ex's is a totally different story. It's a case to case basis. Plus there was a lot of back log, so that add up with the waiting time also... Some visa officers are strict as hell!!! So if ur application is with a VO who is very strict that would be a disaster lol....Try to e-mail them since u have all the right to do so....it's waaaaaay too long already. I usually e-mail them like 2 to 3 times a month before lol...Anyway good luck with ur application and I hope ur wife will get DM soon. I really know how you feel 'coz I've been in that situation. White christmas is not white as it is without ur family beside you. Good luck.

It really is hard waiting so long when you know you have a good spouse, and everything is legit. It's like they're on a witch hunt, and just don't want to admit than not everyone marries just so they can get to Canada. In all honesty my wife would have far sooner moved to the States since she has a mother and two sisters in LA. LOL
All joking aside though you seem quite smart as far as why the big difference in why some have such a fast and easy experience while others take so long. I also believe you get some officers who are hard nosed while others are nicer and really want to see families together as soon as possible.

Mine is just a photo copy but colored lang yong sakin.. I scan it and print it. my lawyer doesnt say anything I guess its fine. My papers are in manila. I think just a simple photocopy well do
