Hello po.. Meron po ba dto na nagwork sa Saudi na nkakakuha ng police clearance...

Si sis sammara12 ko nasa Saudi sya try nyo po to ask her kung nakapagpasa na sya ng PC from Saudi sa Applications nya or kung hiningan na sya?

Thanks po.... kung meron pa po na iba na may info kung pano kukuha ng police clearance from saudi kung nsa pinas na. at kung hiningan pa ng CEM or waived na yun as requirement.

Nurse po ako sa Saudi di ako bumalik..pero nakasulat ako ng pc before I left.. May request Lang from my hospital then ok na... Pinatrsnalate ko nlang sa Dfa kasi Arabic.

hello jen...same pala tayo pina redo etc...but nag "in process" ako last sept 6 2012 after na submit na lahat ang reqs. same kami ni mdc sa sept 6 nag in process...1 year na application ko last aug 22...di ko na alam kong malapit na ba ang visa or may addtl reqs pa... i sponsored my daughter kasi... si crisphil is very helpful in making feel na positive ang result..I hope so..

Ako naman nov pa expire ng medical ko sana wag na paabutin ng nov,kayo ang mas nauna dapat magka visa na kau sobrang tagal na ng mga passport natin sa CEM.Curious lang ako bakit may nakalagay na Decision Made sa status ko after ng Withdrawn?Yung approval status determined at permanent residence determined at medical result received, ano ba ibig sabihin non?

Ay bakit kaya ganyan...i hope nag email ka na sa kanila mdc if ano ang meaning niyan..or baka visa na iyan di ba...parang good news naman ang mga wordings..

nag change na ba ang process for PDOS?? same na din ba sya sa counseling??

kasi ang alam ko correct me if im wrong ang counseling is for spouse who are citizen or foreign national, but if PR pa lang PDOS..

sorry to confuse you with jennifer, i dont know if nag change na ang process ng PDOS.

last year nag attend ako ng PDOS, you have to come early kasi 6o slots lang ang tatanggapin nila.. ready mo na ang original and photocopy of your visa, copr,etc and pay required fee.

Oo nga nag in process ka na before mo na submit lahat..reverse sa akin..sigh.. hinintay pa lahat bago nag change ang ecas...to be honest di ko na alam if mag request na naman ng addt'l reqs or not...sabi ni cris if palaging mag request wala ng ending lol.All I want is to know if negative ba or positive.. I hope positive kasi bakit pa pina redo ang meds if hindi..I hope I am right with this thought.

Tumawag ako kaninang around 3pm sa DME sa SCTS nagre-do medical ako nung AUGUST 30, 2012 sabi kasi sa akin today Sept. 17 ko malalaman ang result kung nasend na nila sa CEM pagtawag ko "Good news" naman dahil nung Sept. 10 pa daw nila nasend sa CEM ang result ng re-do medical ko .

same here, cguro na una lng ako sayo ng 30 mins..one week lng pala send na nila ang result..

Hello all! May gusto lang ako iverify sa inyong mga nakapagpadala na ng application and to those whose sponsorship had already been approved:

Tumawag kasi yung sponsor ko sa Canadian Immigration Call Center in Canada to ask about the UCI/Client ID since we have little clue on how and where to obtain that. Nang tumawag sya sa call center (and this is how he relayed the info to me): wala pa daw talaga UCI/Client ID in the beginning.

Now, may nakuha syang info from CIC automated system response that led him to believe that we are doing the wrong process all along.

Based on his understanding sa sinabi sa automated response, sponsor daw muna magpapadala ng forms and application without the sponsored person's forms and documents yet. They will evaluate application for sponsorship and approve, then the immigration office will notify us with instructions kung ano ang kailangan ipadala on the part of the sponsored person.

This news made me confused and a bit frustrated kasi being the one who is focused on our application and has thoroughly read the guide and forms from the CIC website at sa pagbabasa na din ng experiences ng forumers dito, I am very much certain na kailangan complete and nakacompile na ang forms and requirements from both sponsor and sponsored person's as listed on the document checklists bago ipadala sa Case Processing Center.

I had to check the website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp) and the same pa rin naman kasi yung sinasabi sa guide, which is dapat complete and both sponsor and sponsor's documents are already included. However, the info my sponsor received was from the CIC's automated response, which should also be credible.

I am not sure if there had just been a lapse in judgment on my sponsor's part or kung nagupdate na kaya ng procedure ang CIC on processing sponsorship and I am looking at the wrong source. I want to make sure tama yung procedure na fina-follow namin para worth-it naman ang effort and to also raise concern from everyone here just in case the automated response is correct.

My question is: Alin ba ang tama and ano po ang common practice ninyong mga nakapagpadala na ng applications? Any feedback will be appreciated.
