Hello,im new in here,
I wanted to get some idea regarding my papers that is still in process.hindi pa po kc ako nakapag medical,in short i submitted IM 1017 without doc.signed. Approved na yung sponsorship ng hubby ko last June 2012.and im confused about medical kung pwd ba ako magpa examine at the designated doc.nila as of now without the request of the embassy,and i will just take the form with me and submit it to them?

P.s advice will be appriciated,tnx guys

Wow good to hear na kahit INC ang Applications nyo ho ay tinuloy pa rin nila ang process. Yung iba ho binabalik kasi dapat from the beginning palang bago isend ang Applications both party dapat kumpleto.

Pwede ho magpamedical tapos isend mo sa CEM ang Copy2 gamit ang DHL courier wag mo nalang kalimutang ipaphotocopy incase tapos dapat may File number na kayo kasi isusulat mo iyon sa brown envelope bago mo isend sa CEM ang original Copy2. Ilagay ho sa short brown envelope tapos isealed mo at wag mo ring kalimutan na ilagay sa harap ng envelope ang buong pangalan mo sa upper left side at address mo, tapos sa upper right side ang file number nyo at sa gitna yung address sa CEM na Family Class Processing Section.

Dapat ho kasi sa Sponsor mo ito isesend ang Original Copy2 na ibibigay sayo sa Medical at isasama nya sa mga Applications nyo pero tapos na ang processing ng Sponsor w/c is stage 1.

Pero mas maganda rin ho na hintayin mo kung ano ang sasabihin ng CEM para sigurado diba? Kasi baka mawala kasi kailangan talaga may File number na. Pwede din kayo mag email sa CEM at sabihin ang case nyo .

Wait nyo rin ho ang iba na may parehong case nyo. Para mabigyan ho kayo ng further informations... Goodluck po sa inyo

Thank you po sa advice, yes,it supposed to be included in our form, im still glad sponsorship has been approved.i have my UCI and i think file number..im thinking its not too late?i dunno.. i need further idea pa kung hintayin ko ba email ng embassy.or i will do it before too late bka kc ma refuse ung application,,im so stressed and worried

Hi lynz, just wanted to share my experience, we made the same mistake din rin kami nakapagpamedical ng anak ko when we sent our application but then CIC-M still accepted our application and processed it but in our case my hubby received an email from CIC-M requesting us for our medical, that was the time we found out NA we're lacking one docs pla, the email was received by my husband Jan and we had our medical second week of Feb ksi my son just had an asthma attack kya it took a while for us to get our medical..but then wla nmn naging hassle except for one kapalpakan of cem with our docs and that's another story you asked your hubby if he got an email from CIC-M for the Med request, that time my hubby retrieved the email from his junk folder bka nsa junk din yung sa inyo

Pa check mo muna kay hubby mo baka matagal na nag email ang CIC-M sa kanya regarding that baka nasa junk mail or spam folder lang nya. Yung sa amin kasi nakalagay dun sa email na i attached yung letter nila na yun kasama yung copy 2 nung medicals namin, but then kung wala talaga magpa medical ka na agad, ngapala nag PPR ka na ba?

CEM means Canadian Embassy, Manila
PPR- Passport Request (letter yun na ipinadadala ng CEM thru snail mail asking for your passport and additional docs)

Just fill up the IMM1017 form, then magdala ka ng mga passport size pictures mo, sa Comprehensive Pulmonary Clinic ka na magpa medical kasi makukuha mo na at the same day yung copy 2 nung IMM1017 na may pirma na nung DMP (Designated Medical Practitioner) para ma send mo na agad

PPR- Passport Request URGENT letter sya na galing sa CEM snail mail mo ito marereceived si Mr. Postman ang magdedeliver.
CEM-Canadian Embassy manila

About sa medical depende kung saan ka na DMP Designated Medical Practitioner ka pupunta tatawagan mo tapos ask mo kung ano ang mga requirements ang dadalhin mo para magpamedical, ako ho sa SCTS Makati kay Dra. Timbol .

Wala po akong natangap na kahit isang email from embassy.except last july ng mag inquire hubby ko.comfirmation letter from manila lang telling they recieved my application,un lang po last. Im in mindanao san ba ako mka kuha ng clinic na sinasabi nyu? Sa cebu pinakamalapit,

may isesend ako private message sa inbox mo, i knew a friend na pwede mong tanungan taga davao sya, she already got her visa pwede mo itanong sa kanya kung saan siya nagpa medical...she's very helpful matutulungan ka nya sa mga concerns mo.
