Have 1000s of pictures together n call logs over skype n whatsapp. But still scared of possible red flags over genuinity because of not having a religious and family functions.. any suggestions for making case stronger.. n m also confused of visa office for him.

Hello! To make your case stronger, showcase all the documents that support your relationship. Do not worry about your situation and stay positive whatsoever. Most likely, it would be UAE visa office for your boyfriend.

What is the difference between birth date and registration date. Can you please specify ...
I am a 1990 born. Birth certificate was misplaced somehow. Got the registration done again in 2014 and the new certificate has the registration date on it

Hi guys,
I'm just new here I just want some advise with you guys. So my mom sponsored me as her dependant and I have two kids. And luckily After how many years of wait I was successfully become PR we just arrived here last december 2017 but then I want to sponsor my boyfriend, the father of my kids. Though I didn't declare him as my common law bec we thought that it will affect my application before. What should I do? Should I just go back home and we get marry and then just sponsor him or Can I sponsor him going here in canada without going back there?

Hello, I have received the call for the final Inland permanent residence interview.

The letter says to bring
"
 Current and expired Temporary Resident documents issued by IRCC
These include work permits, study permits & visitor records."

I am missing my initial study permit.. I have my off campus work permit, my after graduation work permit and the open work permit they issued a few months ago. Will I be in trouble here?

No, you won't be in trouble.

Hello there i have 2 questions.. should i sent the sponsorship application and the principal applicant application together and the fees? Also what pictures does my spouse need and size of pictures?

Hi! Those 2 that you mentioned, are 2 parts of one application and you gotta send it all together along with the fee. The size could be anything and the pictures must have both of you having a good time somewhere together. These pictures will signify that your relationship is genuine.

Hi everyone,

Question for anyone who already got a pr card after landing: how long did it take to get the pr card? Was it almost the same as the estimated processing time from Cic?

I have got my COPR, I am considering when to land. I checked the processing time for pr card on the website which said 61 days bt wondering how it works... each case.

Thanks all

Usually right around the estimated time on the CIC site. It's pretty accurate.

Within 40-50 days if there's no issue with Photo and Within 2-3 months if they request for New Photographs.
