Hello everyone, thanks for reading this far!
Im Canadian, my spouse is American and is presently on a visitor visa in Canada with our baby and I. We are debating whether or not to apply inland or outland.
AFAIK inland keeps here even if she does not work but she needs to extend her visitor status, and leaving the country is frowned upon.... likely no re-entry at the border?
And for outland, she would have to return to the USA, but how different is it for her at the border entering Canada? Im confused on why an inland American applicant gets refused upon reentry at the border while an inland application is in play.
Comments anyone?
