You stated that you are sponsoring your spouse and children
Are you in Quebec? if not you do need to prove your income for family class sponsorship:

There is no minimum income requirement but you must show IRCC that you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare.

It says u re freed from minmal income if u re sponsoring ur spouse !!!

You will have to attach your Notice of Assessment from your income taxes. Unless you are in Quebec

Your wife and children were fully included and medically examined for your PR app?

You can include a letter of explanation that you have not yet filed taxes in Canada. There will be no issue. Include payslips or proof of savings to show you can support your family in Canada.

You are not required to change your passport. Note that the name you use in the app must be the same as the name in your passport.

So i still need to use my maiden name even if the rest of my application requirements are now in my married name?

To clarify, were the children born before you landed and medically examined? Or were they born after you landed?

Yes, the entire app must use the name in your passport.
