GUYS I NEED HELP.
MY GRANDPARENTS ARE APPLYING FOR TRV, APPLICATION FORWARDED TO MANILA VISA OFFICE ON APRIL 12,2016 THEY REQUESTED FOR MEDICAL LAST APRIL 16, 2016. ON MY GRANDFATHER'S X-RAY THEY SAW A SCAR ON HIS LUNGS THAT'S WHY THEY ASKED HIM TO TAKE A SPUTUM EXAMINATION TO MAKE SURE IT'S NOT TB RELATED SCAR. TEST WHERE DONE APRIL 20-21-22 SO AS FOR EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT SPUTUM EXAM AFTER 1 WEEK AFTER THE TEST, PATIENT WILL RECEIVE A RESULT, IF THE FIRST RESULT CAME IN NEGATIVE IT MEANS IT A GOOD NEWS. BUT IF IT CAME POSITIVE THEY WILL RECOMMEND MY GRANDFATHER TO A PULMONOLOGIST AS TO WHAT THE NURSE SAID.AND THE SECOND RESULT WILL BE PROCESSED FOR 2 MONTHS.,
WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM NATIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM THAT THE FIRST RESULT WAS NEGATIVE. AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE FORWARDED TO MANILA VISA OFFICE ASAP
NOW ITS BEEN A LONG WAIT JUST FOR TRV THAT SHOULD JUST BE PROCESSED FOR 12 DAYS, AND THEY ARE ALREADY 89 YEARS OLD WHO JUST WANNA VISIT OUR FAMILIES OVERSEAS.
MY QUESTION IS IF THE FIRST RESULT CAME NEGATIVE DO THE EMBASSY STILL NEED TO WAIT FOR THE RESULT OF THE CULTURED SAMPLES BEFORE THEY DECIDE IF THEY'LL APPROVE THE TRV APPLICATION?
OR IF THE 1ST RESULT CAME IN NEGATIVE WOULD THEY ALREADY DECIDE WHETHER TO ISSUE A VISA OR NOT?
