You can call the call centre 2 ways, one is use the 1800 number with Google Voice or similar, or just pay LD charges by calling +1 613 944 4000.

Call early in the morning (Canada time, 8am EST to PST) if you can, as it's nearly impossible to get through later in the day.

You might want to just mail a copy of the forms as well. I did that at one point and it eased my mind because I knew they were getting it one way or another.

Frustrating problem here...

I'm currently "trying" to complete my sponsorship forms but every time i save and go back to start working on it again, i am unable to add or delete anything. Am i doing something wrong?

had same problem while filling in my forms, could`t find any solution except preparing everything in a word doc (I mean parts with lots of typing), then completing the form in one go...
I would also like to know how to work with those PDFs correctly so that they don`t get locked for editing...:/

I have a quick question.

In the guide for the applications, they quote, "You and each of your family members must complete their own form." Does this mean only those who are being sponsored? For example, I'm sponsoring my wife and her family members would be anyone excluding me who's included in the application. Correct?

I've been living in Canada since 2011. Now we are gathering all the documents to apply for PR, will be applying outland, even though i'm residing in Canada. My question is: shall i follow VO Specific Instructions of home country?

Guys, this pdf files are auto locked upon closure. Means the moment u close it , it auto saves everything on it and u cant edit it .Its by default.

What i did in my case, i just printed the forms, filed it out by hand then typed it in and saved one time.

FYI- if u close and then realized u made any mistake, u might just have to start all over again. Good " Lock"

I'm feeling that right now...feel like my mind is about to explode..have to start ALL OVER AGAIN!!
