You're welcome. Just give them a new 5490 and a new 5669, make sure they have your husband's original signature where needed, and send everything off again. On the recent occupation I put from February 2011 to December 2011 and im currently working now or do I have to leave it blank instead of putting December 2011 since im still working now?
