No, your CRS won't be reassessed. You should move back over to the EE or PNP sections of the forum, as your situation won't be Family Class.anil918918 said:Thanks for the reply canuck_in_uk ,So how do i intimate them of my marriage ...how do i update my application ....when i update my application i wont again be reassessed for crs points right ..cause my IELTS will expire and my age will increase which would make me ineligible for the PNP program.....

just a quick question for preparing spouse PR file. i have families and friends attended the wedding from UK and US in India. do i need to include a photocopy of their passport as evidence? it just sounds really awkward and uncomfortable requesting such information.

Your welcome, After December 2016 it will take just only 12 months.enkarthik said:Thank you!
How long is it taking to process Spousal sponsorship visa now. I see your timeline and it has been very quick.
I believe that New Delhi averages around 8 months right now. Sonia Khan's timeline is average; the DM refers to Sponsor Approval, not applicant approval, so her app still has many months to go.enkarthik said:How long is it taking to process Spousal sponsorship visa now. Thank You for your reply. I have one more question, if I can keep my PR card , but my ex wife received this card and never gave it to me, how can I get a new one? Do I need to be in Canada to order a new one or I have any other way? And maybe I can-need to get a immigration lawyer for this situation?
Thank you
