This is correct that no one can answer or provide an accurate time.
If you are looking just for a rough estimate then sadly you are looking for about 5 months to almost a year . This applies to LVO. However, if they transfer your file to a different VO, then may be slightly earlier than above
There is an update ....
Called MP office for our newborn update few days back. and also asked her if she can get update for our file from IRCC.
she called us today and said. IRCC knowledged the newborn update and they told me about the file that its been transferred from Shanghai VO to LVO back for the final decision on eligibility by immigration officer. and after that the security will begin.
I dont know what dose this means. because there is nothing on Eces or online account.
Can someone tell me what this means.

Hi feb 2020 applicant here. My file was transferred to lvo 21st jan 2021 and then to shanghai. They told me its sent to shanghai for administration purpose and it will be sent back to lvo.
Now our files again sent back to lvo and they are in queue to be reviewed by immigration officer. So dont worry, just pray that our turn comes fast.
It’s been 1 month and 20 days after SA and was told file will be forwarded to London Visa Office I haven’t received AOR2 yet

I hired a lawyer and showed my previous GCMS he said there are no red flag mentioned. They have only mentioned that picture while signing Nikkah nama is missing. Hi folks ! I had applied for my wife sponsorship under family class in March 2021. Haven't received any response yet which is understandable given the average timeline but I am thinking to apply for TRV for her. She is still going to school in Pakistan and will be done in July. My question is, how much a 6 month bank statement is import for the TRV application ? Being a student she doesn't have much transaction to show in her account. She already has lined up a job (an internship tbh) and will be start working right after completing her studies. So we are able to provide a job offer letter but worried about the bank statement. Any suggestion or insight is greatly appreciated
