I have only access to Ecas and there's no update after aor2 that I received last Nov...they update my Ecas last Nov after that nothing

They automatically extend your medical due to covid we don’t need to do it again
So after pre arrival they extend ur medical

I can understand your situation...I am also waiting eagerly for PPR... the day when my pre arrival letter received i asked my husband to check my email and you can't even imagine when he was reading email that 3,4 minutes were like hell...aar ya paar wali situation thi us waqt bass ab PPR aa jaye...are you from lahore?
If you cannot wait any longer, just apply for TRV. You have excellent chance to get it if you have passed Stage 1 Approval (Pre Arrival Letter).
Everybody who has gotten a Pre-Arrival letter has doubled or tripled their chance to get TRV.
