What is CSQ ?

Thanksbfor ur prompt response, can she sponsor from Pakistan or she firstly have to return to Canada and after 8-12 months she can sponsor?
My wife had been living in Pakistan from 2008 and wanted to sponsor me, The issue was she didn't have a sin number and tax return slips.
Later we found out tax slips were also unnecessary. However she traveled to Canada for a month . Completed the documentation and submitted the file within two months she returned to Pakistan. We haven't faced any issue in this regard. Do let me know if you have any further questions

If you're wife is a citizen and you have complete documentation you can apply from Pakistan as well. However, you'll have to give them an intent to return , stating why you want to return after all these years. Could be an admission for further studies or a job or something like that.

Also in this case you'd need a bank statement showing financial stability.

Your wife has to come to Canada first establish her residency(buy or rent home) show intention of living in Canada. Work for a year to file taxes, then her proof of income statement will be ready then she could sponsor you( the husband).

Thanks alot, if any more query comes in mind i will request to you sir.
