Does anyone know how to contact someone about the sponsorship. File was Decision Made (just before Covid 19) closed everything and now when Pakistan Visa Office opened it changed to In Process.

I am assuming Medical expires on August 9, 2020 then.

I had received Invitation to Pre Arrival Services March 17, 2020 and then ECAS showed Decision Made around March 19, 2020. Then no PPR letter or any updates. Just recently changed status from Decision Made to In Process. No letter about a Re medical either.

Yes I already ordered the GCMS notes in March which say that security and background check not started

I am assuming Medical expires on August 9, 2020 then.

I had received Invitation to Pre Arrival Services March 17, 2020 and then ECAS showed Decision Made around March 19, 2020. Then no PPR letter or any updates. Just recently changed status from Decision Made to In Process. No letter about a Re medical either.

LVO office most likely would ask for re medical. I believe that might be the reason for your application status was changed from “decision made” to “ in process”.

I had the same thing happen to me. After 2 weeks of it going to In Process. It got back to Decision Made and I received PPR 2 days after that. So hopefully this is a good sign. My husband's medical was expired as of June 3rd 2020. And they didn't ask for remedical. They just extended that.

I have the same issue got decision made on 18th of march and now it changes to in process again

You and i had a similar situation timeline i remember before the Covid situation.
I also had DM in March
My ECAS went into In Process at end of July. And after 2 weeyls it went back to DM and then on 14th August I had PPR.
So consider this a good sign. Hopefully you will be receiving PPR as well
