Yes after AOR2 i have received the police clearance request after that i have just received interview letter

I’m pretty sure that’s a bad sign. Did he get anything else with the original documents? If so, it was probably a letter telling him he missed something with his initial submission of the checklist documents or it wasn’t adequate and so it was sent back so he can fix the mistakes in the submission and resubmit. I don’t have all the information about his situation of course to say for certain though.

He got the pre arrival and AOR2 before and then he received the original documents like his marriage certificate etc

Oh maybe they made a decision on his file then since I’d guess they have no need to keep the marriage certificate if the process is done. I’d ask him to check his online application status using the checker and login into his account to see.
