As far as i know none of London visa offices.

All of these I'm talking about are from Pakistan and from LVO.

one individual of May 2019 updated her status of getting PPR. and there are 3-4 cases which means there is something going good, however, I'm confused that no such news shared here.

when you log into mycic, you'll see "submitted" change to "Application/profile updated" but there would be no change in your account.

If you are talking about the pgp (Parents grand parents)2019 spreadsheet or tracker, then only 1 applicant there got PPR and that wasnt pakistani, applicant parents were uk citizens and there file was transferred to London office. None there in that 2019 PGP tracker excel sheet got any progress from London office.

What are those 3 to 4 cases, which thread has them, how can i get in touch, as what I researched, London visa office started working on 2nd round of 2018 PGP applications. None of 2019

I am also a May 2019 PGP applicant. And no progress at all from London office after getting the file.

My gckey says that we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. But I thought eligibility is checked in London so what does it mean? My file didn’t transfer yet

I don’t think it is a default ... because my mp got email from ircc and they said the eligibility is being reviewed in Sydney currently

April 26,2019 applicant and no file transfer yet.
