No one really can tell u... 12 months is standard, but London is slow... so expect longer than that.

Many people who arnt on the thread but i know personally also got them in 8 months and no file transfer issues with them? All this is just confusing

Follow the letter. We received the same request last month and they were very clear that we need to only upload the updated document to our online account and not mail it to them. Double check the instructions and follow through.

I am December 2018 applicant, haven't heard back from LVO yet, once i hear then you can expect 3 months after me
