my wife got her medical done today.

we wanted to know how many steps are left now and what are they?

Can anyone please help me here? How much does the travel history matter in a spousal sponsorship? How many times should you visit your wife back home?
If the sponsor is a PR, then you actually shouldn’t visit for a long period of time, I read on this forum that it’s better that your visit doesn’t exceed 3 weeks otherwise the CIC will object that you don’t plan on living in Canada.
Otherwise visited your spouse looks good, because it proves tour relationship is genuine. Upload additional proof of your tickets, boarding pass, pictures of you two together, receipts from restaurants, etc etc, and your case might get processed faster.

Unfortunately its a waiting game after submitting the medical :(
the CIC will contact you if they need anything else. It might take a few months before you receive pre-arrival, then background checks, then PPR

Thanks
PFL they requested Original marriage certificate
and communication proof
Did they mention PFL in the letter or was it additional documents request?

Is it reasonable to visit your wife atleast once in a year or you should visit more than once in a year?

Seems like they forgot about July transfers . I’m may applicant[/QUOTE
Have only seen just one July transferred that London visa office has completed. I think they are very slow in process. But it’s seems they started with the April applicants at the moment.
