Can you please tell us what did you bring with you at interview? what proofs etc
Sure thing. I followed the list of info just as they required:
-- Phone number for Sponsor in Canada (I was there physically so was kinda irrelevant)
-- Marriage photos (nikah and valima) - we tagged names and location on about 50 or so photos, including my pics with her family and vice versa, pics of the ritual location (masjid/imambargah/maulanas) and cultural rites (such as sehra for me, doodh pilai by wife's brother and holding the Quran)
-- Post wedding photos (added pics we took when we went out every time I visited her. Also added screenshots of fb posts we made on each other's birthdays and anniversary
-- Updated police certificate
-- Proof of relation (this was the main area where we gathered stuff )
-- Phone bills for the last 6 months with pen markings to show her number, her dad and brother's number as and when called
-- Emails we exchanged over the past year or so.. just a few for sample
-- Whatsapp call logs. I just took screenshot of the call log ( took about 40 screenshots spanning 6 months of calls on sample basis. Then printed them as 4 photos per page. So essentially a 10 page doc with 4 screenshots per page full of calls to my wife.
-- Whatsapp chat log. Imported to word and it was too long as it extracted about 10 months. Took 2 pages per month as sample so 20 pages.
-- Original bills from hotel stays when I used to come to see the wife (didnt have any family in karachi - might not be relevant to all)
-- Proof of sponsor visits -- scanned entry exit stamps and also scanned ticket stubs for all trips
-- Updated version of forms. Some areas such as education and personal history had less space so attached an excel sheet.
