You can show that but you are already submitting your Nikkah Nama as its ome of the required documents in the document checklist.

If your spouse updates her marital status to married in NADRA's records thru an updated NICOP and you as well thru an updated CNIC then you can request a Family Registration Certificate from Nadra. that can be one of the proofs.

Yes I'm pretty sure the sponsor has to be present in Canada. Or u can fly alongside him when he comes.
