I did some approximate math you guys .

Based on the last 26 PPRs
on the spreadsheet (which is since Aug. 1st):
  • The average wait time between DM and PPR is approximately 5 days
  • The range of wait time is between 0-20 days
  • Over 70% of PPRs came within 1 week of DM
So for those of us waiting since Nov. 1st, we're most likely get PPR within the next week, inshaAllah.

Awesome! I had earlier glanced the dates between DM and PPR and found most to be within a week. Great to see that backed up by actual figures! :D

What do you mean approved status? I haven't heard of that before. Which line does it appear next to?
The status section on MyCIC will reading “Pending” for most of your application until DM, then it will (hopefully) update to read “Approved” though many people get PPR and COPR before MyCIC updates.

To all those who got DM on ECAS on Nov 1st: my MyCIC updated today with approved status. Waiting for PPR but expect something soon!

Can you post a screenshot of where it says approved? I don't see it on my MyCIC (aka GCKey) and I got DM on Nov 1st.

Assuming you've linked your application to your online account, once you've logged in to GCKey/MyCIC scroll down to the section that says "View my submitted applications or profiles".

Click "Check Status and Messages" next to your application and you will see a page that has a table of your application status. It will look like this:

MyCIC only updated today for me, so looks like they work on Saturdays.

Remedical done on 24th oct and passed as per gckey now waiting for interview
I have a question
I have emails of my husband which I want to take with me...whats the correct way to print it...screenshots of complete emails or just inbox showing his emails
You should print out as many actual emails as possible, because I think the actual content matters. Most people who have been through interviews say the more evidence you have, the better.

Cool, thanks for sharing. I think you're right that most people don't see these status changes until after they get PPR. You must have a pretty active visa officer. And yes, IRCC does work on the weekends, but not for as many hours, so there's less overall activity.

Perhaps if the weekend hadn't come, more of us Nov.1 peeps would have gotten PPRs by now.

on GCKey, it's stated (File Transfer to LVO on Mon Sept 18th, 2017.)
Medical done on Sept 13th, 2017
"""""""Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents"""""""
Any advice if these can be changed anytime, can they still call for an interview? I am the sponsor lives in Canada, sponsoring my wife.

Yes, these statuses can and do change all the time. They are not final. They can all for an interview at any point before making the final decision. The quickest way to find out if you're in line for an interview is to order your GCMS notes.

Guys can you help me to understand a timeline.

Like my application was transferred to LVO on 29th Aug 2017 as my case was processed through the lawyer I checked the status online at services3.cic.gc.ca and it says:

This is what it says when I click each one of them:

Sponsorship Application Status
Decision Made

Sponsorship

  1. We received your application to sponsor xxx on May 23, 2017.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 22, 2017.
  3. We started processing your application on June 21, 2017.
  4. We sent you correspondence on June 29, 2017 about the decision on your application.
Permanent Residence Application Status
In Progress

Permanent Residence
  1. We received xxx's application for permanent residence on May 23, 2017.
  2. We started processing xxx's application on September 11, 2017.

When can I expect the status to be changed ? Pls advice as it seems that I have to wait until May 2018.
