I just sent an inquiry wondering about the status of my application. Since it has been 13 months since I applied on Aug 26, 2016. I had additional documents request before which we submitted. Re-medical and police clerance has been all done since May. I have a lawyer so don't have access to Gckey. Have ordered notes will be receiving them on 15th of Oct. Hopefully eligibility is cleared soon.

I sent my inquiry through the webform. You must have emailed London directly it can take them upto a month to reply.

Got email from CPC Mississauga that my file has been transferred to LVO on 26th September 2017. So plz update the spreadsheet

Yea they usually respond by 10 days at the latest. It says so on the confirmation email u receive. You should just wait a few days and then re-send it.
