Hello Everyone
Looking and going through some of these posts here made me call CIC office at 1-888-242-2100, and i have got an update from them that my application has been transferred to LVO and that i need to contact them to get any additional info. Usually we get an email when our application is transferred to LVO but i did not get one.

Hey everyone.
I'm new here with my application being processed in London at this time.
Like all, I'm having problem in waiting. I just want to know the time required to get an email/a message from them now?
Any quote will work. Thanks

Hi All

If I go back to Pak to meet my wife after 3 months of app submission will it cause any delays on the case?
My trip will be of 14 days and it will be a return flight from Toronto. Feedback needed.

Thanks

You can go and meet your wife anytime you want. It is actually good, and shows a genuine relationship. When with her, take lots of pictures as proof. If I remember correctly, yours is an arranged marriage, and there was no communication previously. Therefore, gather as much of evidence as you can.
Going to visit your wife, will not cause delay.

If anything, it'll make a positive mark on your application. After you come back, make sure to send copies of your boarding passes, exit and entry stamps on the passport and of course pictures. If, God forbidding, you get called for an interview, they will ask you how many times you visited your spouse.

For all of those worried about the letter saying their application got lost in transit. Dont worry i am one of the members too. Cic sends files to london in batches so you guys are all in the same batch as me. They found the package and gave some of us a call to disregard the letter. So no worries for all of you.

Spreadsheet says your file was transferred to LVO in July. Is that correct?

Agree with everybodys comments that it's going to be very positive for ur case. MY visa officer even mentioned in my notes that sponsor had recently visited me and together we went on a holiday. It shows that relationship is genuine. Also keep gathering proofs of communication from now on.

Ok will uodate. Do you have a file number? If yes then you can send an email to LVO and ask them if they have your file and current status of your application.
