Hi. So I got my PPR allhumdulilah. But I also got this along and I don't know what to do now with this.

Dear MUHAMMAD TALHA PERVAIZ:
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You
must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your
Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa. If for
any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform the London office
immediately by email to: LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca with details concerning your
situation.
STEP 1: Change in Circumstances:
Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member,
you must inform the London office immediately at the email address above:
 Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, legal separation,
annulment or death of spouse;
 Change in family composition, for example due to adoption or birth of a child, including a
child born to your accompanying dependent child,
 Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring
relative;
 Change in health;
 You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a
criminal offence
 Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
Your failure to inform CIC of any of these changes may result in the cancellation of your
permanent resident visa and may render you and your accompanying family members
inadmissible to Canada.
Your failure to declare all of your family members, accompanying or not, will permanently
exclude them from sponsorship under the Family Class regulations.

@vigiliant
Hi dear,
Just disregard this part if there is no change in your family composition. This is generic part of PPR.
Make sure you submit you passport at ISLAMABAD visa office within 30 days.

So I just go to vfs site to get the steps? Do I need to email them and let them know that there's no change in it?
Yes. You will need 2 50mm x 70mm pictures (these are NOT passport sized photos), the copy of the letter CIC sent you online, the completed Appendix A form (this is a part of the letter they sent you) and the passport. You will need to personally go to VFS global's office in your city (if you are in Karachi, Islamabad or Lahore) and make the payment and submission

So I'm in lahore. How do I send my passport then?

my husband is currently residing in windsor but the address we mentioned in our application is of fort mcmurray Alberta from where his family belong. which MP he should contact..fort mcmurray or windor?
also how can he contact MP?

To add to what Kinza_Bee said, I would suggest you to export the word document to pdf. Then (this works ONLY if you have adobe acrobat PRO and not just the reader) go to File -> Save as other -> Reduced sized PDF. This is further going to compress the images, making the file size even smaller.

Some online features are also available to get the desired file size. I did use them. You may go with them too. see so many options :D

P. S. This emoji is so awkward I didn't realize before posting. lol

Got an email from LVO saying they may conduct an interview. Not sure what to make of it. They had previously told us in December that we were in interview queue and now they are saying they MAY conduct interview. Plus, they didn't mention anything about interview to MP when he inquired 2 weeks ago. I am April 2016 applicant. So confused now :(

Sorry to hear that. Do they ever mention the red flags or why is an interview needed. May be notes or any kind of inquiry does tell you anything or is that you are left so clueless?

I am also Dec applicant and this gives me some hope. How many Dec applicants received PPR/DM already?

I got request to upload Sched A, PCC & Marriage photos again (so weird, i can't find any instance where someone had to do this). Here's the kicker...you can only upload one file...with some unknown limit. I tried to put in multiple files NO GO, tried to put all pictures with descriptions and everything in a word doc NO GO, tried to attach the file to a web form so I can have it sent online NO GO, it seems I am left with no option but to get all of them reprinted and label it all over again the send it.

Before anyone asks, yes we did submit everything per the specifications originally in our application and everything was trekking along well. I just don't get how you misplace a completely labelled package of pictures! I don't know if this is just some doubt that has been raised for them or they have genuinely lost our pictures. In any case, they won't move forward with the file until I submit these so I am going to have to do this soon. Sorry for the rant, I just find this very odd that they are asking me for pictures again and top it off, upload them.

Congrats to everyone for their updates, I feel I will be super delayed and some flag has been raised. :(

Are you sure the photos request is for wedding photos? Just wondering because I got a request for photos as well (with the request for Schedule A and PCC) but it was for the PR photos (digital).
