I know you dont wana share dates. However, could you share any thing that you think worked for you or any advice for rest of applicants.

My advice is do not rush to apply for sponsorship take time to collect all the document . Read each form carefully and fill out.
Go by checklist do not ignore anything in check list you can delay first get all
document and review then apply . It took me 3 month to collect all the document
prepare everything once i satisfied i sent do CPC.

Here is the problem is majority just want everything quick. In real world everything go by rule and regulation.
My advice to every one be patient and collect all document and fill it properly.
if do not understand ask others for help.

Btw a friend of mine got their interview scheduled for the second week of March. I remember seeing another member in the fb group with their interview also set on the same day in March.

Urdu Nikkah Nama Copy.
English translation Original or its photocopy.(If not submitting original English translation, then I have to get the certified copy)
Marriage certificate.

Also rukhsati is in Feb, is it ok to apply for marriage certificate prior. Please clarify.

It is very clear I send my application to CPC in Aug 2016. that mean I applied
in aug 2016 to mississauga. File transfer after that.

I wonder Sep ki baari kab ayegi, considering most June July Aug applicants are waiting...

Since your medical is close to expiry, you might receive good news in coming days or re-med request.
Guys dont lose hope. As soon as LVO picks up pace, it will be all good.
The reason i asked for news is that we dont have a lot of people on the forum who post, so if anyone hears from LVO, its good to share. Thori tassali milti hai.

the reason of NOC letter is they wanna make sure your spouse is not under investigation of any departmental case or your spouse department know that you are applying for Canadian Visa.

So without any obligation you can leave the country and after you leave the country Canada is not responsible for anything.

Because deparment already issued the NOC letter for your travel or immigration.

However, it depend on the nature of job too for teachers i am not sure but as far any high profile departments are concern they definitely ask for that.

you can submit the case they might gonna ask you later.

Considering my experience on this forum. I don't think NOC is required for a PR application.
If someone with firsthand experience comments that would be more appropriate.

I know some people who declared them as Govt employees when they went to apply for a passport at the passport office or for CNIC at NADRA office.
Later at the airport while traveling abroad they were asked for an NOC.

Hello Every one.

I am July 2016 applicant...
I got an email and also status updated on MyCic on 31st January 2017 about additional documents of communication proof between husband and wife.

My Question is weather I should send my document to LVO via courier or I should upload the document to MyCic.
In case if I have to upload document to MyCic, I have a lot of co to communication proofs like our visit to Malaysia, hotel receipts, shopping receipts,
and bundle of pictures when we were in Malaysia, but MyCic has only 3 upload options, so how I will upload all these documents?

If it is received then you don't have to worry about anything. There working on files in a queue so when add doc request is sent its get put back in the queue again your file should be in-line once the immigration officer picks up they will work on it. Hang in there.

Great that you heard from LVO. When you receive re med request/letter from LVO book an appointment with IOM immediately so that your remed is updated in your file. Also please let us know so we can update the spreadsheet.
