To mail LVO, can my wife in pakistan use any service to mail like DHL, TCS or FedEx

And is it mandatory to mail because they need to see a physical nikka Nama in their hands?

Hi everyone. I am new on this forum. Have few questions. My brother applied for his wife visa last year on may 12 ,2015 and this was his second marriage. His wife status changed to
Decision made today. And immigration officer asked for few
More proofs last months regarding their marriage. My sister in law medical going to expire in march. So decision made is the good sign ?

Was interview good? If yes and you think that the interviewing Visa officer was satisfied that decision is most probably positive. Wait for 10 days or 2 weeks you will find out from LVO's email.

There is no interview yet. They asked for few proofs last months and mentioned that if they won't get reply to their questions they may refuse application. But my sister in law answered all questions and mailed and post them too everything they asked for. And after 20 days the status changed to decision made. Her medical expiring on march 11

There is no interview yet. They asked for few proofs last months and mentioned that if they won't get reply to their questions they may refuse application. But my sister in law answered all questions and mailed and post them too everything they asked for. And after 20 days the status changed to decision made. Her medical expiring on march 11

Then looks like positive decision. In case they have serious doubts, they call for an interview.
Keep an eye out for PPR email.

I got a PFL letter in mid November 2016.

I responded to that in first week of December.

My MP office followed up on my case and told me today that Eligibility has been passed. They are now working on security checks.

However, there is no changes on MYCIC regarding the eligibility passed.

Will it take some time to update on MYCIC???

Really I hope. Because we had proper full wedding and sent lots of pics everything. But when they sent letter last month it was like they have doubt on relationship. But my sister in law sent everything and answered everything they asked in letter. Please guys pray thanks

Congrats, MA! Yes MYCIC is always slow. You can also order notes to see status of eligibility. Yours was a Nikkah only case. What evidence/reply did you provide in response to the Visa Officers concerns. It would be helpful for all.

Yes decision can be any decision (application approved or refused). You must wait for communication from London Visa Office.

Can anyone of you kindly guide me on how to go about asking MP for a detailed status? I've never had to talk to them before.

My MP would be Bill Morneau (Minister of Finance).

- Do I call their office or visit in person?
- What do I ask them to do? I'm sure they will say that the application is within the processing time. However, what can I tell them to avoid that and get them to find some detailed status?

Appreciate the help.

You should call MP office and schedule time, visit and sign a consent form before they can contact LVO on your behalf.

Just received additional documents request of Urdu Nikkah Nama..Although already provided English Nikkah Nama and Family Registration Certificate.
(Lesson Learned: Don't be smart or try to make things easy for them, Just be conventional)
How to send back original documents from Islamabad?
Address and courier service?

You only need to send certified copy of the Urdu Nikkah Nama with a certified English translation. No original document need to be sent except for Police Certificate.
